THEY HAVE THE AMERICAN MADE HERITAGE BOOTS! I dont know why more people dont wear Red Wings! The place was empty when I went there but the guy working there was very helpful in finding me the classic moc boot (875) I was looking for. I went to the concord store and they didnt have it. The employee seemed to love red wing shoes and the history behind it. When trying on the boots he gave me a pair of white red wing socks to use because I had low cut socks on. After trying the shoes on I decided to wear them out the door and he let me keep the socks! Go here. Service is great. Shoes are great (at least the american made ones). Id definitely go back for service and maintenance if my red wings.

My husband has been buying his work boots from this location for at least 5 years now and I dont think weve ever been inside this store when it wasnt full of people. There is always just ONE solitary person working here so everyone fights for their attention. With that said, customer service isnt the best. This location is tiny and particularly noisy, thanks to the automatic doors of Trader Joes. Parking is usually available but busy nonetheless.

Ive always worked in the customer service field and Ive always wore Red Wing boots I dont know about the Fairfield store Ive never been in it I went to North Highlands store and my experience there was delightfu l Bobby Thomas the store manager was great very helpful wasnt pushy at all had a few people to take care of and he handled every one of us I would definitely go back to the North Highland store

Ive been wearing red wing boots for 12 years love the boots... Hands down best boots ever.. This store is a disgrace to the name, terrible customer service, uncaring staff and untrained as well.. I will be buying my red wings from Sacramento or Martinez but never Fairfield again..

Product is awesome, customer service is poor. People there take it for granted that they have a good product that will keep customers coming so they throw out the being polite part. Condescending too. I wouldnt have been so nice if she hadnt had big boobs though.

Horrible customer service. Ive gone in there twice now and both times the employees were either rude or ignored me completely. Redwing boots are the best. But I would rather buy online from third party distributors than these people.

its local so we go to this location for ease of purchase.dropping 300 on a pair of boots sucks, but ill pay top dollar for us made quality. the customer service at this location is terrible.order online ahead of time.
