I went to return a pair of shoes that I wore for a few hours and it hurt the soles of my feet..Ive returned there before...the sales cashier just closed the box and slid it back to me, really rude said " sorry but we dont return worn merchandise" but how the hell would I know if a pair of shoes feel unless I wear them??? Just slam bam heres your damn box!! I buy many shoes at DSW, I felt like I was at Payless Shoes, she was rude!! Wish Id of gotten her name!!!!!

The store is fantastic. they have all kinds of shoes and accessories. unfortunately, there were a few birds in the rafters. other than that the place is great and the shoes are even better.
