Wish I knew the associates name so I could call him out directly. I came in here with my fiance to look at wedding bands. From the moment we walked in, the associate was rude and condescending. He constantly berated us for the choice of my engagement ring. It is a simple studded rose gold band, bought FROM KAY, and EXACTLY what I wanted, with no center stone. The associate told me I was crazy for not wanting a center stone, that I would regret not picking something more stylish, and that I was "obviously trying to hide" by choosing something so simple. After I argued with him for several minutes, I gave up and we turned to looking at rings for my fiance. Again, the associate trash-talked our preferences, telling us we were making the wrong choice, and constantly trying to get my fiance to pick something he hated. When he realized he couldnt sway us, he simply said "but, whatever. Its your choice I guess. I cant make you listen to me." Absolutely the most terrible jewelry experience ever. Bitter man who no happy couple should ever have to deal with.

My sister bought a neckless pearl at the store 2 days ago. She came back with me 2 days later to return the neckless. The reason the pearl neckless is too small. The price is reasonable. The only problem is the sell manager attitude, he has a bad temper with his client using the language that pushing me out of the store. He said all of you are buying and returning items all the time. For my experience as a good customer, I bought a pair of earring recently at the price of $299.00 , I was very happy with it. Now I brought more client to Kay Jewelry, after I met this sell manager, I am very disappointed, I think I will come back and return my pair of earring soon.

Went in to order our rings for our wedding. While we understand that we came in later than we should have, one month out, that does not mean that Kay should not take responsibility. We were promised that both rings would be available before we left for the wedding. We now will have to get married with our engagement rings. When we spoke to Kathy, the person that sold us the rings, we would not listen to us and continuously tried to order a ring that would not be in on time. Basically, if you order from this place, be prepared to babysit them since they clearly cant actually do their job themselves.

Terrible experience here. Went in to buy some backs for earrings since mine werent snug enough, and a fast-talking middle-aged Asian sales lady grabbed them from me, tried on different backs, and bent the earrings in the process. When I told her I wasnt interested, she kept trying to talk me into getting screw-in backs, and kept fooling around with the earrings. I asked her politely to please bend the earrings back the way they were, but she was unable to do so. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Went in to Make a Purchase of a few items, after refusing the extended Warranty. I was Talked down on and very Disrespected by the Manager "John Paul" who had A Very bad Attitude from the time he Addressed us, his lack of customer service was Sickening. I left the store empty handed because I refused to Spend a dime at this location. Honestly Ive been a customer with Kay for years and after this I dont plan on returning! I Have had Better Customer Service at The 99ct Store!!

We came in to purchase diamond bracelet and set of rings. Their manager talked down to us rolling his eyes. Very unpleasant experience. Of course we didnt buy anything from that store.
