The store itself deserves 5 stars, but I wouldnt walk inside if I saw Teresa working. Im writing this review mainly so the managers know what happened. Apologies to others for the long explanation. I came to the store with my wife yesterday to get my watch band resized and shop for an anniversary gift. The jeweler wasnt in the store, so Teresa said Id have to leave the watch and pick it up later. Because I wanted to try the new size and potentially have it readjusted again, I decided to come in later and work with the jeweler directly. Teresa explicitly said this was no problem. When I came back today, Teresa informed me that it takes several hours to resize a watch band (??) and that I would have to leave it and pick it up later. I reminded her that the entire reason I came back was to make sure the new size fits better. She said thats not possible, so I decided not to resize my watch band after all. This is where it gets weird. When I tried to buy a pair of earrings for my wife, she refused to sell them to me. She was ticked off that I changed my mind about resizing my watch, because it made her look bad in front of her boss. After establishing that yes, really, she was actually refusing me service, I agreed to have my watch resized in order to buy the specific earrings that my wife picked out the day before. Whats difficult to communicate through a review like this is how neurotic this woman is. I could go into detail about all of the inappropriate comments she made throughout the experience (e.g. "Im afraid to hand you my card, but here you go", "Ive never had to beg someone to let me fix their watch before" and repeatedly asking me to smile), but I think this is enough of an explanation.

I brought an Omega to Ben Bridge to have a link removed from the bracelet. I had purchased the watch from another jeweler, and simply dropped in on my lunch break. I was unfortunately greeted by the floor manger, who began to ask rude questions as to the origin of my Omega. When I told her I bought it elsewhere at a slightly lower price, she became irate and proceeded to throw a fit in the middle of the store in front of other patrons. She insisted that the watch had to either be "gray market" or "counterfeit" if it was purchased for less than Ben Bridges price (MSRP). I assured her that the watch was indeed a genuine Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean, and that my discount of 20% off MSRP was common at other local dealers. (Ben Bridge was only willing to offer 10% discount off MSRP). She rudely stormed off and left her wide-eyed sales staff to help me. To top it off, she didnt even know the difference between a swiss lever-escapement and a George Daniels escapement, yet she was somehow the manger. So, if you want to go to a jeweler that specializes in berating their customers and being clueless about watches, this is the place for you.

I took my Omega Seamaster GMT watch to have it repaired at Ben Bridge, Seattle, Washington store in April 2014. The watch is like new, never has it been in water or dropped..... its like new, however, to this date I have not heard from Ben Bridge concerning my watch. Around June I called Ben Bridge to inquire about my Omega watch, the salesman stated: "It is still at the Omega shop (wherever that may be)" end of conversation. It is October 18, 2014, Bend Bridge has not called me about my Omega watch!!!!??? I am concerned! This is not an inexpensive watch.

I came in here looking for a pair of pearl earrings for a present. The staff was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable even though I was clearly on a small budget. I was able to find the most gorgeous pair of button pearl earrings at a great price! I was so pleased with the earrings that I later purchased another pair for myself (from the Ben Bridge in Austin, TX).

After reading the reviews I was a little worried about resolving my issue. My husband had purchased 3 pieces of jewelry for me,and I did not receive the third pouch and cleaning cloth. When I called to get the missing one, they not only were as nice as could be but offered to send me an extra pouch and cloth. My husband and I both had a very positive experience!

I went to the store at the Columbia Mall in Tri-Cities to buy a mens wedding band and Shayane and Clara were phenomenal. They were extremely helpful, didnt push a sale, and knew the product well. I highly recommend these two.

Ben Bridge charged my brother $28 to open up his watch and install a new battery. Granted, it took a jewelers tool to open up the back of the watch, but come on.... $28. Sheesh.
