I had them order me two sapphire stones for my wifes bracelet and he told me to come in 6 months later to get the stones tighten, so I did. For 6 months my wife wore the bracelet and nothing happen. Three days after he tighten the bracelet 2 stones fell off and was lost. I paid a lot of money the first time for the stones I was not going to pay for them again. He must have done something to loosen them.
