I have sold some gold coins in the past to Norbert and recently, I have helped a friend sell her gold bracelet. Norbert is not only knowledgeable but is of the highest integrity and standards in the jewelry business. There have been three places in my life that I have experienced this sense of honesty and two of them were in NYC: "The Gold District" on Canal Street and at Tiffany & Co. on Fifth Avenue, Manhattan (New York), NY! Norbert made me feel respected and he has a fountain of knowledge. Bentley tested the jewelry and he, too, was just as professional and, yet, "down-to-earth" as Norbert! If you dont do anything else, at least speak with them and see for yourself and Pacific Jewelers is resourceful! I am going back because I have some family treasures that need good homes, people or museums that will take care of them respectfully!

I just dropped off a ring and a diamond to be remade to my specifications. Norbert and his brother Bentley were most helpful and kind. And they were willing to do this extra work as a priority for me for Valentines Day. I felt very comfortable with them and confident all will be to my liking. Let you know the outcome in a couple days..... I was extremely pleased with the result. The cost was more than fair. I appreciated the extra work done to make it just as I requested. My wife loved the new ring..... Thanks so much!

I have to say, Tim Murray is a breath of fresh air! Honesty and integrity are two qualities not seen very often any more. Especially in this trying economy. But Tim has both those qualities and more. It was an amazing experience and I will be voicing my opinion wherever I can. Their vintage jewelry selection is also second to none. And nobody knows about vintage coins than Tim. Today we went to Liberty Coin and Currency to sell some scrap gold. They were not open, on a Saturday, DUMB. Found Pacific Sterling on an internet search. We are so happy we did. Really suprised at the dollar amount. Service was perfect. We came home and searched for more pieces that are no longer being used. I will for sure buy jewlery from them when next I am looking

I had a fantastic experience today at Pacific Jewelers. My husband has been looking to upgrade his wedding ring for a few years, and we just happened to walk into their store today. Norbert is the man! Tim, Bentley are always friendly. Ive purchased my fiances engagement ring here as well as other collectible items. This is the only place to purchase diamonds, gold, silver. If they dont have it they will bend over backwards to get it in.
