I have been to this man on 3 occasions hopeing something would change as he is the only jeweler in town. One of the times I went in to have a watch battery put in a watch and band made to fit he bent the case on the back of the watch and it was not a cheap watch and thats not the point. And while in there another person was complaining he had lost and damaged something. Today we go in to have same battery and smaller band on watch and he is so rude like we are a bother. I ask him if he was having a good day he replys all days are good while he is complaining about every thing and to top it off he was rude and made a nasty remark to his wife in front of us and she is a lovely person. This man is a disgrace to his trade and as a person in general I have given him all the chances I intend to and will send people to walmart before I would suggest him to anyone. thank you

Three times I have taken things in for repair, waited weeks and weeks and finally had to ask for them back un-repaired and go somewhere else. One ring I wanted and ordered 4 months in advance with a specific date I wanted it....did I get it....NO...threatened I wanted my large down payment back. His wife is a lovely person and personally apologized to me at ladies night out and told me it would be done in 2-3 days....THEN I got my ring... Now I take it to a local person who does send it out but I have it back in 3-4 days as promised and done perfectly. So will I go back ...no...and I find his response to Wendi here on this page demeaning and rude. Beverly

I agree with previous posters - he was rude and unprofessional. He was also expensive and did shoddy work. He charged me $20 to replace a clasp on a necklace that cost $10 brand new. The original clasp lasted over ten years of daily use. The replacement lasted less than a year, and failed at the point where he attached it to the necklace, because he failed to close the link all the way. Boo.
