I used to come here before the new ownership. I liked it then a lot and I like it now. The new owner is very cool and knowledgeable about dogs. I talked with him today about potty training a 3.5 month old puppy in an upstairs apartment. He gave me some great pointers that will be helpful to me. Shelves always look good, great deals as always. So far, it seems like nothing has changed. With the exception of the owners. Plus, my puppy loves it and thats really what matters:)

I love b&b for all my puppy needs but few weeks ago I mentioned to the owner that another store was selling a dog food for way more and I was happy they keep their prices reasonable..so I wanted to get more dog food and was sending hubby with $$ to pick it up and guess what? They raised the price up 6 bucks...now I will just take my business to a more convenient store since they obviously dont value my business.

Great pet store with all the essentials! First time there and will definitely be back when we are in the area. Great location close to all when running errands etc in Eagle Rock. The owner I think helped us was cool. easy parking, great customer service, great music playing, quality products to choose from.

On items I shopped around, B&B beat the big guys prices. The store is packed with well-chosen goods, so walking El Doggo over to 12th & Geary beats driving somewhere else, big-time. The atmosphere tends to be relaxed and chatty and friendly--for humans and their dogs alike.

I love these guys. There is everything I need for my cat. Dog treats for dog owners. My back was out & they helped me bring my three 14 lb boxes of litter to my car which is really helpful.
