Called and was given poor service. If you pick up the phone to speak with a customer I would think that youd give them the same attention you would give them in person. Dont hang up on them sighting that "you have customers to help" Im also a customer!! Called with questions received nothing but rude comments and impatience.

Greatest pet shop experience I have ever had, and Ive had em all over the world! The staff is friendly, inquisitive and hilarious, and the selection is extensive. Watch out, these guys might drop some knowledge even the vet dont know. yheard?

Really nice. I would come here way more often but sadly I was only visiting. Everything was high quality and in my budget. Really nice and helpful staff. Would totally recommend to others.
