Daylight Robbery on Weekend! Beware!! I got robbed of my cell phone on Oct 1 2016 (Saturday) around 2:30 PM right in front of Lakeshore. I was sitting on the bench using my cell phone. One African American guy snatched my cell phone from my hand and ran away. I cannot believe how this is happening in the day time on weekend in the mall. I met zero security on this property even if I was with Police officer for about an hour after the incident (Some witnessed people reported 911 immediately). I have serious concerns on the security of this property. Do not visit this mall especially with kids!! Their property representative also confirmed that they are not responsible for this kind of crime (I contacted them later) and asked me to check my own insurance!

Went to see Pirates 5, it really was great, the movie prices are the cheapest Here at the ultrastar cinema Only 11 bux compared to 16 at AMC Cinemas. Ultrastar cinema in mission valley is the only movies in San Diego that sell hot Carmel pop corn. The seats are so comfortable, its like sitting in your favorite lazy chair at home, and its never crowded. Our favorite places go see any movie in all of San Diego County They sell jalapeno hot dogs, nachos, paninis, and the regular Candy and they have a full line of local craft beers and your favorite rum and coke with a big ol bag of buttered popcorn! Enjoy

I feel like this place is called Hazard Center because of the rage youll feel in the parking lot. Dont get me wrong, there are a lot of great shops but this parking lot is horrendous. From the parking spots that are so small Id only park a motorcycle in, to the terrible exit setups. I also think that an idiot programmed the lights that control the entrance and exit to the Hazard Center. But thats on the city not on the Hazard Center. That still doesnt help the cause either. Id only go here if you absolutely needed to.

Love this movie theater. Its kind of hidden from the beaten path...though more and more people know about these days. Great prices, comfortable seats, clean restrooms and a great staff truly interested in creating a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ experience! Recently booked a birthday party for the Lego Bateman movie. Our guests really enjoyed the atmosphere and experience. Parents that didnt know it was possible to book parties will keep this place in mind for upcoming events.

I go to Hazard Center primarily to the cinemaplex; the theaters are very large with a good sound system and their morning and afternoon matinee specials cant be beat (They have six theaters). There are plenty of restaurants and a large bookstore (Barnes & Nobel?).A large hotel graces the whole complex providing instant access to anywhere in San Diego .There is ample parking and a SD Trolley

Great plaza, a good selection of restaurants, a FedEx store, an educational supply, a Barnes and Noble, two great coffee shops, a dance studio, a good movie theater and a hotel. Good underground parking to supplement above ground parking. Accessible from trolley. There are real estate offices and a investment advisor? Two ATMs. Close to the San Diego River and scenic walks.

A book store, rare thing that, and a movie theater with $8 movies $6 matinees and $6 all day for two days in the week. I forget which days but look it up. They have some new plush seats too. Several restaurants and a Starbucks. Worth spend some time there. Its less crowded than Fashion Valley and Mission Valley.

I dont know what the thought process was in designing Hazard Center but from the sea sickness you get from the unleveled pavement, to the lack of entrance and exits, this mall is without question the worst in San Diego. Its a shame because there are some good eats and a great movie theater. But trust me. Uber it.

One of the hidden gems in Mission Valley. I love it because they have a book store and movie theater and lots of food choices so you can make a date night of it! Sucky parking lot, but remember they do have underground parking and its usually worth it to head straight below rather than fight the craziness up above.

Not many shops. Location and parking difficult to get around. Movie theatre fills up fast. Tried to watch a movie that premiered over a week ago, and the theatre was packed during matinee hours on a Saturday. Tickets are $9, which is nice. Would avoid coming here unless there was no other place to go.

Its called the Hazard Center because of how treacherous it is to get in and out of. I avoid this place if I can because it is so insane just getting in and out of the parking lot. Good stuff inside (Yogurtland and Woodranch) but be ready to pay your insurance deductible before you drive there.

Not great. Kinda scetchy. Saw 2 ladies get conned by some lady dressed in a business suit needing $20 for gas for her car...and an elaborate story that followed. The ladies walking away stated, "well I dont believe her, but she must need it". That was pretty decent of them, but just be aware:)

I like Hazard Center, the movie theater there is great, with very low ticket prices and great seats, and the shopping center has Barnes and Noble and some great little food cafes. If it is busy however getting in and out can be crowded, but its worth it. Park underneath in the garage.

Hazard Center has a view up to date spots, like BJs or SmashBurger, but something about it still feels a little...older? Its a nice small spot to grab a book, see a movie, or just grab a quick bite. If youre looking for more to do, theres Mission or Fashion Valley close by.

This mall has improved so much, but its still small and I only end up going to a restaurant in the area if a friend invites me to this particular spot. Otherwise I drive down the street to Mission Valley Mall. It quieter but doesnt have everything you need or want.

My favorite place for movies...feel of a neighborhood theater with modern amenities and technology. Books, coffee, fro-yo, educational toys and supplies, BBQ, seafood, family Faire, sandwiches, burgers, all conveniently located across from the trolley stop.

I love everything about hazard center especially the movie theater because its the cheapest one in San Diego! Its $8 for every first showing of every movie and 10 starting the second of every movie and popcorn and drink are reasonable price too!

Staff is courteous but didnt care much for their paid parking and $3 bottled water if I had to not pick point that turned off. However, the rooms were nice and my stay was restful. I would have rated higher if it wasnt for those two annoyances.

Great location with many varied shopping for all. Parking is consistently good, ant this marketplace is close to the freeways for all. Great marketplace for watching movies at UltraStar and quality restaurants in proximity for all.

When my girlfriend lived in East County and I lived in North County, this was often our meeting location, where the freeways meet. Several solid options for food and entertainment with plenty of other options around.

Central location in Mission Valley. This is a business center with several popular restaurants and coffee shops. Barnes & Noble (bookstore) and Ultra Star Theater are both popular attractions also.

Super cool little shopping mall. Movie tickets here are cheaper than most places, especially before noon. Lots of interesting places to shop as well, parking can be a hassle sometimes though
