Definitly needs better stores! Only good ones are 1)the art gallery-because of the owner he is bomb and art from all over the world 2) Sikk Stuff- because it beats the hell out of driving all the way to boise for body jewlery and they actually carry good products. 3) Under the rainbow- Again awesome products 4) Burington-Glad to know we have at least one "real" store. No wonder the mall has it listed on the front enterance, its the only actual establishment. I dont like how where the old bar used to be is now closed off and not accesible to the public, me and many others feel that an alternitive store such as Spencers or hot topic would fit PREFECTLY in that space. Please normalize our shopping center with food court includeing good resturants, unique stores that other malls dont have and would make the boise people want to visit OUR mall instead of the opposite. We pay taxes-not so we can live in a ghost town-FIX THIS! Thanks. I should add: its a great place to go for a walk in the winter, perfectly dead and quiet with plenty of space to just walk and walk and walk, very good for walks, not the best for shopping as I stated above.

Oh man, the Karcher Mall. I dont want to be a Debbie Downer but this really is a sad picture of the local economy. Nampa sure has a lot of people these days but few of them are affluent enough to support a full fledged shopping mall, and those that are make the quick commute to Boise where there is already an established shopping center. But I have to give them credit for trying! Its an indoor shopping mall in Nampa, theres mostly just bare outlet stores with grumpy employees, and some weird places like a martial arts dojo and a furniture store where the employees literally hate when you come in to check out Lazy-Boys. Walking around this place makes me feel like Im in Napoleon Dynamite. The best shop in this mall is Sikk Stuff. Half of their things are a rip off and he other half are actually good deals, but its an awesome little shop with badass employees. They deserve respect.

I have lived in the area for many years and rarely go to the Karcher Mall. But I would like to tell you something that is disturbing. Recently I have heard of 2 instances of animal abuse at the pet store in Karcher Mall. If a "puppy" wont hold still during the grooming, the groomer then beats the "puppy"!! No one has the right to do this to a puppy. The management of both Karcher Mall and the Pet Store need to take care of this. This information will also be sent to the Humane Society. If this isnt resolved soon, it will also to the the local news. This is not a threat, but it needs to be taken care of now.

As a nonprofit, offering free art classes, and artwork from amazing artists, Karcher Mall has welcomed Gold Buckle Champion with open arms. Since we teach western heritage as part of our mission statement, we are allowed a unique Western Store. Everyone is loving our space! All of the other business owners have welcomed us with open arms, and Alejandros, a wonderful mexican restaurant next door, delivers our food to us.

Eventhough big malls are of a dying breed. 5 stars for Karcher for hanging on! Fond memories of its glory days. Although not the same, it occupies some places I frequently fly. ProImage, My fave great staff! (Should be exclusive to BSU & Cowboy gear only:) The Sprint guys and cute girl, are my mall greeters.Thumbs up Burlington and B&Bworks. To the other stores, thanks for being there to keep this place alive.

Karcher Mall is a cool place, been going there since i was a little girl, though recently, it only has a few good stores. The pretzels there are amazing, its a great place to get your pets, they are all very nice, and the owner is great person. It has places like Claires, Burlington, and Macys. Though, stay away from Under The Rainbow they are pretty rude and some of their items are of poor quality.

The Karcher Mall had been steadily losing is retail stores and with it their customers. Most shops that you wall by are closed and not for remodel, no, they need to be leased. There may be a few good reasons in there and that is the only reason peope do is to go to three one or two stores they specifically need to go.

This mall has improved very much over the years. They have done a nice job of remodeling the mall and adding stores. The mall is not in a great location so it is not as easy to access as other shopping areas in the valley. It is a good place to go if you are looking for something specific.

There are some good offerings here, but it is sort of a dying mall. Roughly half the stores are occupied. There is a place I like in the mall, but it is one of two smaller locations that still exist. The attrition rate is great. There is a restaurant, however. The food there is OK.

Love northern lights movie theater thats all I go to whenever Im at this mall. I love the fact that they have a small pet store with animals up for adoption. The fish look sick as well as theyre tanks the birds seem healthy but not happy. Prices are higher then petco & even petsmart

Dead mall. They need to put in a big crowd drawer like H & M or this place will never be a 3 star. My daughter one found a human poop in the photo booth. It always smells in here too. I sound like a disgruntled employee but nope, just shop at joann fabric a lot.

My store Torrent Custom Jewelry has been located here for 20 years. Gotta love a place that has the best goldsmith within 500 miles of a place. We do business around the world. Come see why. We will make your visit enjoyable and of benefit to you.

Basically struggling to stay out of bankruptcy, or so I would imagine. Unfortunately this mall needs major renovation in order to drive business. In my opinion - its worth going farther to The Village or Boise Towne Square

Dumb place, for how long it has been in business you would think it would have at least some great stores instead of empty shops. And the only cool thing I like is the skate shop.... the mall kind of smells by the way

The mall is half-empty now and a sad monument to the fact that brick and mortar retail is going the way of the VCR. In fact, I think a few stores that are left in there might still have VCRs for sale on the shelf. :)

A lot of choices even a movie theater that treat opened up the only thing I wish for is that there was a food court that is a lot of little restaurants spread out throughout the mall its a nice little Mall overall.

Once a good place to hang out and spend time with friends/family, Karcher Mall is basically a ghost town-type of establishment nowadays... Not much else to post here; I miss the old days & heyday of KM in the 80s.

Watcher man used to be a great place a couple of decades ago. It has some lower end national chains like Ross and Mor furniture. Also Burlington. But has a lot of empty stores and likely has seen its better days.
