my friends and I go to Mr Fish after bowling on Thursdays. Recently, we noticed that the chairs for outside dining are chained to their respective tables-making it difficult to pull out a chair and seat 4 of us comfortably. We get there between 1100-noon---prime time for the lunch crowd. The owner of the restaurant we patronize has nothing to do with being able to unlock the table/chairs. I feel that this is incredibly bad management of the shopping center-incredibly bad customer service. Essentially, we are being told to go away by the property management.

Lots of parking entrances: Balboa, Genesee, Mt. Alifan, even from Banks & International Market next door strip mall. From Asian Bakery, to burgers, to Charlies Chicken, CVS, Drycleaning, to Fish Shop. French Cafe, Haircuts, Irish Pub, Ice Cream, Jewelry, Kohls, Mexican, Sushi to Vons...shopping & parking galore! Most affordable, but few real comfortable or with community rooms! Newer "fast-paced" vibe now. PS Doctors office & Pet/vets shops too!

I barely recognize this place. It has been totally remodeled and looks just like the newer shopping centers Ive been to in Temecula, O.C. and L.A. The stores here are also nicer than they used to be. The deserted Mervyns is long gone and we really enjoyed our dinner and shopping here this last weekend. Went to Otto Sushi and Unleashed.

This shopping center is modern beautiful. There is vons, cvs,kohl, 85 °bakery etc. Located across to other shopping center that has target, home depot, party city, mcdonalds, walgreen etc. Plenty of parking space. Easy to drive out to big balboa ave since there is traffic lights.

A great one stop shopping center for Persian goods and services, from buying freshly baked bread to traditional pastries and candies. While you are at it you can also book a trip to Iran and beyond, lets not forget the jewelry and the flower shop, and all sorts of Persian food.

Balboas Tap House is there tucked away in the corner (next to Pep Boys & Sprouts). Its an awesome little place I found after getting truck parts at PB one day...Ricky made me feel right at home, and Adam whips up some KILLER grub too! This place is my new Pub & Grub!!!

Since its rebuild in 2013...finished in 2014...plenty of places to eat that are actually really good. Best Vons for miles...and the sushi at Ototo is as good as the service. Lets not forget a pub, mailservice, petservice, gamestore, Kohls and much more.

Parking always problem here. I never get it why people from Iran or other countries behave like this unusual way in parking slot? Place is nice no problem. They always help me with food I ordered, buying and returning in store. Good guys.

Nice mall style multipurpose specialty store center with my favorite stores and restaurants and when I am on the road as they always have the items and options I prefer. Easy in and out and typically open until 9pm!

Dont get down to this neck of the woods often, first time I have been here since the major remodel I recommend Boduins for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. great San Francisco Sourdough sandwiches.

I like this shopping center, you can get so much done in so little time. Nice and helpful people. Traffic usually flows pretty smoothly just remember medians on Balboa Ave and Genesee Ave.

Its a good shopping center... lots of food options. Home Depot uses the back lot purely for storage which is a little ridiculous, other than that its fine.
