I LOVE STARS THEY ARE FRIENDLY PATIENT AND UNDERSTANDING IM NOT SURE ABOUT ANY ONE ELSE EXPERIENCE THERE BUT I KNOW AS FAR AS IM CONCERNED I HAVE NEVER SEEN THEM IMPATIENT WITH ANY CUSTOMERS AND I CAN VOUCH FOR THEM BECAUSE I AM A CUSTOMER THAT SPENDS HOURS IN THEIR STORE UNDECIDED ABOUT WHAT TO GET AND THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN DISRESPECTFUL NOR IMPATIENT WITHME NOR MY 3 YR.DAUGHTER TINK WHO RUNS RAPIDLY THROUGH THEIR STORE WITH ME SCREAMING FOR HER TO STOP SO AS FAR THEIR CONCERN THEY ARE THE BEST 20STARS FROM ME AND MY FAMILY

Up and down about this place the two men their are friendly at times but asume that everyone that walk in are stealing the wig clerks in the back are two wrapped up in their own conversations and the check out ladies are unprofessional the way they eat and drink while ringing up your transactions..... but they have a great selection on hair and products...

I love this store they h as ve a huge slection to choose from the staff are more. Nice they are very helpful.....the guys that work there are cute and very nice. They are always polite and they always speak english. Thier prices are a little highbut you. Can. Understand why. I say km try them u wont refret it.....Cindy A

The last time I walked in, the staff all looked at me as they all were on lunch break. Other staff memebers were running around the store like they were kids. No one helped until I asked. I will not be going here again.

Staff helpful, they knew where everything was, and the prices are cheaper on some items it varies. Also a plus they didnt follow us around after they provided us with help. Store was very clean and easy to navigate.
