Holiday season - wait "in line" for 20 min with only one teller who likes to take her time, while other workers talk and help each other walk around the store and occasionally will pull a few things out of an inventory box to put on a shelf. Finally get my items purchased and no offers for the free items that my purchase should give me so I go and ask, I hear them talk and they don’t know what items it’s supposed to be so they come back and tell me that they are out and inform me that it is as supply lasts. Funny - I don’t believe them. This is not the first time I have had this experience there, but it is the last. I won’t be back.

My preferred Ulta location for picking up skincare, hair care, and makeup products; they carry the specific lines of makeup that I use and they consistently have the colors that I use in stock, which is most appreciated. They have a great variety here, and every time I go in everyone is very friendly and eager to help if you have any questions. I appreciate the friendliness, especially as someone who drops over $100 every time I set foot in the door (oops... haha). Forever a return customer as long as they keep up their quality and friendliness!

I live in Auburn (which has an Ulta) but I frequently make the drive to come to this location instead. The staff is way more friendly & helpful ... You feel like youre visiting friends! I also get my facials done here, Shari is the best & also has a medical background ... She explains things thoroughly & answers any questions. The store is always clean and comfortable to shop in. They have a big selection of products. You also see a lot of the store managers here, it is nice to see everyone involved. Happy employees make for happy customers!

Probably the worst Ulta in the area, which isnt saying much. The staff cant be bothered to offer assistance or act like they care once you do ask for help. Had a girl match me terribly for foundation so I asked someone else after realizing how bad it was and what she picked out for me wasnt much better (didnt realize until I left). The girl at the brow bar butchered my sisters eyebrows and filled them in terribly.

Really new Ulta store it is easy parking but I still prefer the Ulta in Birdcage as to the quality of help you get and their knowledge.
