Terrible customer service at the pharmacy, rude and unprofessional, had no problem filling my script when I paid Cash this month told them my insurance company said to call them so they could override the issue , was told they dont make calls after debating the issue with them they refused to fill the script at all stating they didnt feel comfortable because of another medication Im on but they had no issue filling it last month before I asked them to call ins company so apparently they are not only to lazy to make a call but the pharmacist believes he knows better then my Primary Doctor and my Surgeon , was told by friends not to use Walgreens becausebthey always had terrible service, should have listened.
