NO STARS!! I ordered a pair of glasses and upgraded to the scratch resistant lenses, and they told me if they get scratched the would repair them anytime. What they dont tell you, is they only repair them ONCE and I would have to pay the next time. So I had them repaired the first week In Jan and have never been called or notified that they have been fixed. It is now almost the end of Feb. Same thing when I originally ordered my glasses, they never called or notified they were ready... so waiting and waiting still..

The staff is very friendly. The technicians who fit you for your glasses are extremely good. Up until the time I started using this office, I was constantly dissatisfied with the way my glasses would slip, or shift, or somehow always seem to be out of focus. Now, since going to Eagle Vision my glasses fit perfectly. Thank you especially to Jason and the female technician (sorry, I cant remember her name right now) for always doing an exceptional job.

The friendlessness and professional atmosphere are the best you will ever find. Knowledgable, friendly staff make it comfortable to pick out glasses frames after the exam. Remember when you tried on frames and got your new glasses home, only to discover they were horrible? This staff helps you find what looks great on YOU. Our whole family sees Dr. Johnson and his wonderful staff. Go. Simply go.

This is the BEST place for your eye care needs. The staff is EXCELLENT in all areas. They see children as well and are excellent with personal care. I highly recommend this group. I would love to keep the a secret and all to my self. But they are just so great and I want to share it with everyone I know. I have been going to them for 5 years. They sometimes have eyeglass events as well.

The customer service was just not there. The wrong frames were ordered and they refused to acknowledge that they might have made a mistake. The mantra was "thats what I wrote down" implying that if they wrote it it must be correct. They are also wildly expensive which makes the fact that they take the stance that they do not make mistakes even harder to accept. We will not return.

I never leave reviews....ever. But this place was awesome. I bought a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses with the help of the insurance consultant. He was great. My wife also bought a pair of reading glasses. Both of our consultants were awesome, very personable and fun to talk to. This place is very nice, clean and tidy. We will definitely be returning for our next exam.

I went to Eagle Vision by a friends recommendation, and they were very professional, courteous, and used the latest technology (some of which I had no idea about, and Im a nerd). Dr. LeSueur was a joy to talk to and the entire visit was exactly how such an appointment should be. If I had more money, I would have bought my glasses there.

Good staff very friendly and the optomitrist noticed that my glasses have always been wrong and thats why i get headaches. Hes the only one who noticed my eyes are kinda weird. And they treat my fiances weird eye problem better then his current eye care place. They are really great.
