Everybody that works here is very nice and professional. I am a long haul truck driver and needed glasses, they had two pairs done for me an hour and a half after my free eye exam. Ileane and Jenna were very sweet and Dr. Pon was very articulate and professional, explaining everything. I even spoke with the manager, "who came in to help out on his day off ". Wonderful staff and excellent workmanship. Do not go to the crappy eyeglass place two miles to the south! Horrible staff and poor quality. I will never go anyplace but Eyeglass World again. Great job you guys and gals!

Bad service, show up for appointment at 10: am, and an hour later they took me in. During that visit I went out two times, and every time I come in the same lady ask me how can I help you? That shows that they are like robots they dont pay attention of their customers. I said Ive been here for an hour and half already! Still dont recognize my face? Anyway i ended up leaving this place 2 and half hours later. I wanted to walk out but I really need it glasses. Never go back there.

Wonderful staff!! My old pair broke and couldnt see for 24 hours. It was a huge hassle to find any place that took my insurance AND could get me same day service. They did and dwlivered, I highly recommend them. Huge selection...best of all my glasses were ready in 2 hours...they fit good and I can see. I want to give a shout out to Kristi, she was amazing and made sure I understood all the options available to me.

I drove from Santa Clara to come here. I couldnt have made a more better choice! Everyone from the doctor, his assistant, and EVERYONE in the optometrist shop was wonderful! 2 pairs of wonderful glasses with same day service!!!! Best of all was the price. All of that for less than 1 pair at competitors. The best experience Ive ever had. I recommend them to EVERYONE!!! Well worth the drive!
