I dont know what store the other reviewer was at, but GS is fabulous. The staff is exceptional. They really know their stuff! Ive have at least 10 pairs of glasses from them and all are perfect. Anytime I have had a problem it has been fixed immediately. Need a screw tightened, a readjustment or just a good cleaning? Stop in and they will help you out. The prices may be high compared to other places, but only because they specialize in high-end, designer frames. If you want something different, that not everyone else has, and you are willing to pay for it, then Great Spectacles is the place.

I went to this Great Spectacles because I read a review saying that it had the best selection in town..but boy was that so far from the truth!! I checked out the website and it looked great so I decided to check it out. First, I had to wait 20 minutes for the lady to help me because she was too busy chatting with her friend and when she did decide to help she had such an attitude I was very uncomfortable. When it comes down to it the selection was lousy and way over priced!!!! I would not recommend to others and WILL NOT be going back there!

Need an honest opinion or help when buying glasses? Well, Linda and her trained employees were ready and willing to help me purchase a number of new frames. Ive been buying new glasses from Linda for at least 6 years. As soon as I walked into the store, she brought me the PERFECT frames for my face. I could not be happier with my glasses, and I get compliments all of the time! It took my hubby a few years to get in there, but after he did, he, too, receives tons of compliments on his beautiful frames! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Outstanding service. They have provided glasses/sun glasses for both my husband (who has an extra large head) and I for years. I trust their judgement when selecting frames and they make excellent suggestions regarding lenses. They have impeccable taste and carry stylish eye wear - I wouldnt go anywhere else.
