we are having the most terrible customer service from this Burberry. my mom always uses Burberry as her "go to" for gifts for me for my birthday and Christmas. This Christmas one of the Burberry items she got me was a stocking cap. The store had removed the item from the head of a mannequin and it was damaged and the metal Burberry label was detached. Since we have been out of state since Christmas my wife just attempted to return the defective product but the Burberry store would only replace it with the newer edition stocking cap at a higher price with her paying the difference. They accused her of using the cap, but the only use had been the store using it on a display on a mannequin and still selling it for full price. This is really SHOCKINGLY abysmal customer service.

Purchased a Brit button down white shirt. Never wore out just tried it on in the store and decided to exchange it for the black one but when I came to exchange it they claimed that it was worn because the arms had wrinkles at the inner elbows. Ridiculous because it was from trying it on in their fitting room. Tag was still on and shirt has flawless. I asked for the manager but she claimed the shirt to be non sellable. Horrible customer service. Wouldnt shop here again.

Ive had an amazing experience at this Burberry location. Im a very picky person when it comes to my purses and Kevin, the sales associate, was very attentive to what I was looking for. Every sales associate at this location greeted me and was very willing to help me find what it was that I was looking for. I will most likely return to this location again.
