I will not be back. First time Ive shopped here and had a horrible customer service experience. I waited over 40 minutes when there was only one other customer in the store for help. All I needed was an openion on which color foundation matched my face before I spent over $100 on stuff in the store and drive home over an hour away and hate it. Two ladies working, one with a customer, the other standing at the register looking at product. The lady not helping anyone said she or her coworker (who was already with a customer) would help me. The lady with a customer helped two customers after her current one and the lady without a customer never came back over to help me. Finally I asked the lady who has been busy with other customers if I could receive some help and waited for her to ring up the long line of customers. HORRIBLE customer service. Ill be taking my business back to MAC who Ive been going to for years. At least they are actually busy when you have to wait for help. Ladies, dont try to fix something that isnt broken. Trying this place was a joke.
