the cashiers are fine, the merchandise is fine, the pharmacy however... the male pharmacist did not seem to want to work. He was slightly rude and when I told him that there was a problem with my prescription and that the other rite aid pharmacy back home (I live on campus at my school) told me to let them know that he had to call my doctors office, he said that if I had personally done it myself and hadnt gotten the help I needed, he would have less of a chance of being able to do so. WHEN in fact I did call my doctors office and they also told me the rite aid pharmacy needed to call, not me. They most definitely need better customer service at this Rite Aid pharmacy.

Definitely needs better service at the pharmacy department. I recently moved to area and one of the clerks was so upset because I didnt have all insurance cards not because i lost it or misplaced it but because it was never sent to me. Well this woman thought it was okay for her to lecture me about having things in order. Worst service ever.

The store and the products are good and the pricing is great however do not expect to fill a prescription in the normal space of time. The phone service is terrible and trying to talk to the pharmacist is a joke. If they are so busy maybe it would behoove them to hire more help in the pharmacy.

This rite aid is digusting . Shame on them. WHY IS THIS STORE STILL OPEN TO PUBLIC. Its a hazard!!!!! Beware, and dont catch something if u purchase ur medicine or a good item there. Horrible
