Youre not walking into a pharmacy. Its more like youre visiting friends. I look forward to my visits to p/u my meds. Not only that but like friends, they handle me with kid gloves which is great since I can get intense at times. So shout out to Esteban, Lily, Alma, Federico, Will and Peter who was laid-off which sucks. I dont know what Sabrina Farrows (previous review) problem is considering she writes "every time Id go to pick up my mothers medication it was inconsistent in smell, texture and I found it not to be clean". My question would be, so how many times were "every time I picked up my mothers medication"? Once would be enough for me. Id never jeopardize my moms health if I suspected something was wrong and yes, I too saw the complaints against the owners and some of their facilities but Medical Center Pharmacy on Park Blvd is clear to operate without any restrictions according to the CA State Board of Pharmacy. Of course you left that fact out. CVS got snagged too and settled for $22 million and people go there all the time. Sounds like someones being a bit vindictive considering you posted negative reviews on 3 locations when youve been only to 2 of the 3, and failed to mention Medical Center Pharmacy on Park Blvds vindication.

My pain specialist uses this pharmacy and Pride Pharmacy for the butrans patch. I go into MCP Park Blvd Pharmacy and CANT get the patch, Im told it must come from another location, their Gateway location and be mailed? What kind of customer service is this? I work in Hillcrest so not acceptable or accomodating to me and more upsetting the clerk I spoke to, Estevan could care less. He was rude to me and seemed more interested in flirting with a male customer then addressing my problem, telling me there was "nothing he could do." Really? I walk into Pride pharmacy and it is filled no problem. I see on yelp that Medical Center Pharmacy was busted by the DEA for pain management illegalities last year and the owner joe grasela is operating with a pharmacist license that is on probation until 2020?? Wow! Maybe this is why they were so unaccomodating to fill my pain prescription? I absolutely cant trust this pharmacy and its staff.

Horrible, horrible, customer service. In an industry that is supposed to help people this place has severely failed. I think they missed their calling. They should have a towing company. If you have ever gotten your car towed and had to deal with the attitudes of the people at the impound lot, then you can have that much fun when you do business with this place.

Ive RARELY EVER gotten a prescription (or refill) here without some problem. Every month, every time - there is some issue. Borderline incompetent at any facet of their business.

Ive only been to this pharmacy once but so far theyve had excellent customer service. As for the other reviewers, I suppose I just had a different experience.

One of the customer reps is outstanding. That rep goes extra miles to service her customers. Would not do business with this pharmacy if she is not there.
