Every month theres a new issue with a simple refill. They are not pleasant on the phone and they just ask rote questions so fast that you dont hear them. Im not happy that my insurer requires that I work with this group. For a company that espouses " Were reinventing pharmacy to have a more active, supportive role in each persons unique health experience and in the greater health care environment—from advising on prescriptions to helping manage chronic and specialty conditions to providing quality walk-in medical care and pharmacy benefits management." the specialty service misses the mark by a mile

Only use them if its an insurance necessity. Communication is inconsistent and vague. Be sure and get names of those you talk to as well. Cant wait to never deal with them again.
