My store. Have experienced many good encounters with staff at "My Safeway. However, the other day I was looking for pint size canning jars and I approached one of the staff members who pointed out to me that they were on the top of the coolers, but, continued on with his journey, without an offer to assist, and I had to approach all the way to the front of the store to find someone to assist. me, and as usual, it was a woman not afraid of grabbing a ladder and getting me the case of pint jars. The man, well, we know his name, but, that is irrelevant. What is very relevant is that Lorraine, went all out and didnt flinch. She is always there, at my hours, and always has a smile and a how may I help you? I love this Safeway! My favorite place to shop!

Prunedale Safeway is awesome, they support our local nonprofit organizations. The bakery department is the best,so good. The meat department should check their fishy smells each day, but their meat is always of the best quality. The checkers are always friendly and efficient. The baggers are so friendly...what can I say.? I am proud to have Safeway here in Prunedale.

It does not matter what time of day or night, this store is consistently under- stocked and under staffed. Although the employees are generally nice, they are never helpful or productive. Obviously this a very poorly managed store. Rotten produce, out of date dairy, and rancid meats - Prunedale deserves better!

Starbucks there didnt give me my order...some lady took my order and the lady working by herself told me that order was mine but the lady took it already sip it so I didnt get my order I recommended not to order there

Has all the things youll probably need. A small Safeway, wont have as much selection. Prices are higher than some stores, such as grocery outlet or Walmart, but the produce and meat quality is really good.

Its alright, for some reason the employees dont look happy at all. Not helpful most times, And will basically try running away from you if they see you are going to ask them a question. Lol

Lack of employees make it difficult to shop, product is low, the lines are long, narrow isles make it hard to shop.
