Second time i visit this location and service is horrible. Bathroom is always kept dirty and today i asked to get more syrup on a drink and the barista also manager (Melissa) gave me terrible service. Throwing cups and blenders while adding the syrup to my drink. Gaving me and my 8 year old attitude for no reason. No need to be so upset when all i asked was extra syrup. Too bad people like this with attitudes ljke that are usually not reported and stay working at customer service jobs.

Drinks were ok, but the two stars is for the bad service. Blonde haired guy working on 8/20 at 1:20 pm, didnt know drinks, playing on his phone at the register while taking my order, his greeting was not welcoming, the tables and floor really dirty and there were very few customers in the store to warrant its appearance... There was also an Asian woman working... She seemed to be doing a good job, she was always moving and working. Not the best Starbucks experience...

The only person who was able to help me was Vannessa Gonzales! She knew what was the best coffee for me! However nobody else has cared.. Especially this manager named Sheila! She seemed not to care one way or another really. Please remember this barista!

The staff has changed... The management has changed... And because of this the service is lacking speed quality and personality.... btw I go to the Starbucks every morning... But now Im looking for a change

The friendliest staff! I love this location! They make it more than just a person serving you coffee...its like you walk into a neighborhood shop and they know you and enjoy the friendly chats.

The cashier was nice. Barista was bad. Im not sure how or why since the machine did all the work. But my holiday drink was just bad. Perhaps they need to recalibrate the espresso machine?

This Starbucks is very slow and commonly gets orders wrong. Theyve outright forgotten my order several times. Pick another location if you can. The one next to Home Depot is good.

Usually busy during the morning and afternoon rush. Use mobile ordering to skip the line, but sometimes they mess up the order. They are quick to correct it though

A run of the mill Starbucks. No Clover on tap. Usually very crowded. Employees seem worked pretty hard.

Its a normal Starbucks but it is close to bagels and jamba juice for breakfast as well.
