I am so glad I found this Starbucks!! I actually called to ask them if they were a drive thru and Josh was so genuinely friendly and happy over the phone that I decided to just get my lazy Sunday morning butt out of the car and come to this Starbucks instead!! Glad I did because I met Tanner who was very happy and friendly as well:) Tanner was having fun putting out the pastries and I thought that was so nice to see on a Sunday morning when most people probably would have not been so happy to be at work. Meeting Josh in person was even nicer because he was genuinely cheerful and you could tell that he genuinely loved his customers and being at Starbucks:) He treated me so kindly and had such a warm energetic smile that I felt even happier being in his presence. I also found out he was the store manager and we all know that some store managers are not the happiest people due to high levels of responsibility maybe- but Josh definitely is a rare kind of happy and Im so glad that people like this still exist in customer service. Thank you Josh and Tanner;)

SO im pretty frustated/disappointed, I only have a 30 minute lunch break i went to this location for just a sandwich nothing else. there was only ONE other person behind me and I received the wrong sandwich... I had ordered the double smoked bacon sandwich with CHEDDAR and instead received a ham with SWISS and I absolutely will not eat swiss. I didnt check my order until i returned to work, I did NOT have time to go back for an exchange, so I ended up giving it to a coworker. I normally am super tolerant of mistakes, but when I pay 5.19 for a sandwich ESPECIALLY when the establishment is currently not busy, I expect that the order be correct. ALSO considering that I had only ordered ONE item. normally these guys get my order right, but today this was a little ridiculous.

I come to this starbucks often as its in Hacienda Crossings plaza and its a great place to hang out. Its the only one in the area that stays open late Friday and Saturday nights. However, theyre the only Starbucks that are really uptight about getting refills while youre in the store. If I leave for a half hour and come back, they look at the cup in detail to see the date and ask me if Ive been there all day. Give me a break! Its tea for crying out loud.

Not the typical Starbucks experience. This place is so busy they dont care about you at all. Only three people working behind the counter and at least 20 people in line. After waiting in line 10 minutes and deciding to buy something Danielle refused to let us buy two tumblers without waiting in line all over again. Mgr was supposedly not there and after making a stink she finally accommodated.

Ive been to this location a few times now. Its always been clean, always friendly service, and most always timely as well. We all know how long the Starbucks line can get, so I suppose you should take that with a grain of salt. Were in the middle of a huge shopping center, so theres a bajillion parking spots, and there is most always plenty of seating either inside or out.

Man, this Starbucks almost has to do nothing to rake in customers - its sitting almost right next to the Hacienda Theater, which almost guarantees its got a steady supply of customers no matter how good or bad it is. That said, the place actually puts a decent amount of effort into its quality, and honestly tends to be one of the better Starbucks.

Very bad customer service, the manager (guy with nose ring) didnt get his name. Was rude and was unprofessional. I was standing for a while waiting for cup of ice water. I stood and waited as i was passed up many times. And i ask once more he tells me to wait until all the orders were done. Are you kidding me, done wit this place.

Great location if you are shopping or seeing a movie or generally have other things you want to do in this shopping center. There is a nice open plaza area to sit in if the weather is nice and a moderate amount of room inside as well if you prefer AC or need a power outlet.

I would come here as a kid, get a hot coco (I dont drink coffee, gasp!) and walk around the promenade. Though this Starbucks has changed a lot, I still brought my girlfriend here for a date. We got hot coco (she got coffee) and we walked around the promenade. Perfect.

Pretty good but you do have a lady who runs her teaching program out of the starbucks and sits there all day long seeing high school kids an hour at a time. Didnt know you could run a business out of Starbucks

The Barista coughed in his hand then tried to make my drinks, when confronted he tried to deny he did it then gave attitude like I disrespected him for asking him to wash his hands so I dont get his germs

This Sbux is in the shopping center in front of the theater. It is busy on a weekend, but staffed well and service was good. 6 couches had outlets for charging in the base and tables for your laptop.

My mocha was perfect. I opened the lid of my cup and the cream was well added. It was really well done. Ive worked in Starbucks and I know when they give me a substandard coffee

I would of gave it 4 star if its less crowed. Because its so close to movie place and crowed, speed of service , quality of service and CLEANLINLESS become more of issue

There is a fake Starbucks in the Barnes & Noble across the street, but keep looking, the real one is in the shopping center as well. (and its perfectly decent)

In terms of quality its like every other Starbucks, however this one stands out in that it is open to 12:30am on weeknights and 1am on Friday and Saturday.

Convenient stop. Smaller place. Single bathrooms. Close to other restaurants too which is nice if youre traveling and just using the place as a pit stop.

This is a good starbucks but their restroom is sooooo dirty and smelly every time i go there its the same. Very dirty
