I agree, the staff at this store are the rudest "employees" I ever dealt with. I literally just picked something quick cause the woman was giving off a vibe like I was annoying and wasting her time. Then I got accused of shoplifting by the grotesque he she with the braid simply because I was looking at something then I guess it wasnt there 10 minutes later. So I was forced to pay for it or be "banned" oh my this was ridiculous! So the few days later when i went back to return (which they kept constantly lying that only a store manager could return it. So after two days of lies I finally just went to Concord where that store manager said that wasnt true!) what I bought they told me they found it literally under the display stand. So ridiculous. Dont go to this store, the Big5 off Clayton are actual human beings!

I went to the Pittsburg location and tried to purchase a pair of boots. I gave the cashier a Hundred dollar bill and waited for change.The cashier called the Manager to come over and check the bill ( I guess to see if it was real). I didnt mind, I am sure there are plenty of counterfeit bills around. The manager saw us standing and waiting but kept putting merchandise on the shelf. The cashier paged him again, but he just kept working on the shelf. We waited 7 minuets the manager never came to check the bill. We finally told the cashier to give us back our money and we left. The manager made us feel like he didnt need our business.

Went for fishing license for salmon fishing young girl said she was manager and was trying to sell me punch card and enhancement stamp for 12 dollars more. Other manager came and explain thats only for inland and lake not ocean fishing. She was pissed that she was wrong in front of two coworkers plus her manager.

I went in right after they opened to pick up some cheap work shoes. Despite being the only customer in the store (with 3 employees present), I still had to go track one of them down to help me with getting the proper size from the back room. They were nice, but not very attentive.

Waited on hold for 7minutes just to be transfered to the gun counter, i guess they werent very intrested in my bussiness

Plenty of staff on hand to help you for back to school days. Shoe lady was fast and curtious. Cashier was fast.
