In terms of OSHs, they are rather lacking in asking if you need help. Usually, if I am in an OSH for more than 15 minutes, someone will ask if they can help...not this time. On the other hand, there were other people helping others, but I felt it was more like HD. Since you do pay more at OSH, it has a nicer environment, you do come to expect stellar service. Fortunately, there was minimal line wait. I have had better experiences in the area at either ACE or the Farm Supply store.

I have never been in a store that had employees who seem to avoid customers and try not to help. I fact one employee avoided me twice; walked away from me than ignored me when I stood in front of her at the customer service desk.... seriously! No wonder I will go out of my way and shop at the Arroyo Grande Miners, AMAZING customer service at Miners....always!!

The employees are great from my experiences. Ive never received bad customer service. Only downfall is that sometimes they only carry floor model items and you have to order bigger items by special order which takes several weeks to get delivered. I guess that is expected though for a small town hardware store.

They were so helpful here. I had a challenging situation and went I asked for help, an employee called in "Mr. Creative." Mr. Creative figured out an ingenious way for me to solve my problem. His idea worked like a charm. I highly recommend this store.

Great customer service here. Walked in asked the nice lady in paint where the spline tools were walked me right over and I was in and out in 5 minstrel great service by the cashier as well thank you ladies for being on point.

Worst cs ever, Tried taking 118.00 worth of clothing back, even had receipt, they refused to return the merchandise. Gm had bad attitude as well when I tried telling him about the situation.

Normal OSH they just havent had what I needed the last 5 times I went there. Staff hasnt been the greatest. It is clean and in a convenient place if they have what you need.

Great location, would come again. My new favorite product they carry is Weatherwash wood stain, which ages wood to a great grey color. No complaints here!
