I was pretty excited to check out the new HF. To start with, parking spots are tiny! My truck barely fits in one, but fortunately it wasnt busy on this particular night that I stopped in. The store itself is clean and bright. Per normal, prices are cheap! I came in with some coupons and was looking for a moving blankets (Always check for coupons before you come in. There is ALWAYS a 20% off coupon). They were out of the moving blankets that I came in for. After finding an employee, they called someone to look for more. After 10 minutes, the employees found some and we were on our way. My typical experience has been pretty marginal service, but the prices are low enough to keep me coming back! In my opinion, there is no better place to get hand tools. Motor tools are hit/miss, but theyre cheap. low prices + low quality service + good tools = a good place to go!

Their pricing is perfect. Their customer service is some of the best you will get from any store in town. Their selection of tools is the largest and best in town.

They have good prices but be careful you get what you pay for so dont be surprised if there tools are not the best quality not as good as "Snapon™"
