I had always wanted to pop in this store. It just looks amazing from the outside, like they would have everything. I finally had an excuse as I needed to get a key made and find some picture hanging bracket-y things. If I had, had the time I would have spent hours in here! It is so much bigger on the inside AND it has a basement. Immediately I was asked if I needed assistance and the gentleman knew exactly what I was talking about by my description of "picture hanging bracket-y things", sent me over to them while making my key and wham bam I was in and out of there in under 5 minutes. This girl is impressed. OH! For being located right smack in MidTown the prices were far more reasonable than I expected. This place is a total WIN!

I was raised in CA and could usually find an Ace Hardware. Then coming to Reno, I found a REAL Ace Hardware store. Ive never, ever, seen a hardware store so stocked with what seems like everything. Understand, these folks dont know Im writing this review so there is no benefit to me, but this is simply the nicest, largest Ace Ive ever experienced. Of course, nice and knowledgeable associates to assist you. Do yourself a big favor and come see/explore this store. Daledog

Knowledgeable friendly helpful staff. a lot larger than it looks from the outside, Im a frequent customer and I always find what I need. anytime my son hears that Im going to the hardware store he gets super excited because the staff there are very nice and friendly to him as well. one of the best local businesses out here

Jason went out of his way to contact me, ask me what I was looking for, and take the time to show me where the product was instead of telling me where it was located. Every time I go to this store I get what I need right away. The help is very good. They know exactly where the product is and always walk to the product to make sure that is what I was looking for. I will always go to this store first for my hardware needs.

i used to work in a ServiceStar hdwe store years ago, very similar to this ACE store. brings back memories. best of all, so far, nearly all my purchases have been of products made in the USA (some in mexico, some in tiawan but nothing made in china)!

Very knowledgeable staff, always available and friendly. You can be in and out quickly. This store is large (2 floors) and well stocked. You can order any Ace product and have it shipped to this store at no charge. It is a pleasure to shop here.
