Attended their Easter egg hunt. Was really well done and a great time for my kids. Free buckets and eggs for the kids. I live in Atascadero and will happily drive here for all my hardware needs from now on. They didnt have to put on an egg hunt, it was very nice. The workers were very nice and enjoyed watching the kids find the eggs as much as the parents did.

It was clean and neat in appearance. The staff was either older and trying really hard to do a good job but too busy to help or younger and not trying at all. So dont go there if you think you might need to ask questions or find things quickly.

This store has a very helpful staff. I was looking for a specific item and the manager went above and beyond to help me find it. He looked in the system to make sure it was on hand and escorted me to the aisle personally to find it.

Every time I go into this store I am so satisfied with the service. The staff is cheerful, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to be sure I find what I need. Additionally, there prices are fair and inventory plentiful.

Rarely can employees be found, staff not very knowledgeable of the product, some downright rude. Management seems disinterested in customer service, particularly the Assistant Managers. Disorganized and dirty.

A Large variety of small tools and garden items. They cater to projects around the house and small buys, but no lumber or large timber.

Feels like a smaller and more personal home depot. Theres something comforting about it. The staff is extremely helpful.
