These guys have hit the mud hole in customer relationship. I have been a devoted customer since they were a hole in Cambria Ca. Well no more. Bought an item for a price one day went back the next to buy the exact same part (another one) and the tossed an employee under the bus saying they got into trouble. We are taking about. $10.00 difference in price BTW folk. Was told at the warehouse they would not sell me the part. Basically refusing me service. I was in the store with nobody in front of me and this exchange took well over 30 minutes with my car running for the AC for the dogs. Need a part or real service or a real technician go to ARTS CYCLERY.. They are the real deal.. CBO may have some parts and bikes but that is all they have. I hope ARTS buys them out..

Terrible. ordered an item a week ago and after not hearing anything about it shipping I decided to call. They still didnt have the item in stock despite it being available on their website. Spoke to a customer service representative who had ZERO information other than THEY had yet to order it... from where? If you have it for sale on your site shouldnt you have it available for SALE? Welcome to business 101. Steer clear from these guys. Theyre useless.
