I go to CBO for anything I need. Theres always someone around to ask me what Im looking for or direct me to my product within 30-60 seconds of stepping inside. Ive bought brakes, rim tape, a camelback, and tubes from these guys at average prices. They take the time to talk to you about more than your bike if you hang around and its not busy too. coffee shop next door. Arts is closer, but the awesome knowledgable, friendly service that I get at CBO makes me stop in there instead. Would be awesome if they had student discounts, but its ok without that.

Loved this shop! Tim helped me with my purchase of a beach cruiser, and was most courteous and helpful with all of my questions. He also helped me with the fact that I wanted a shorter bike than what most people want because I am not very tall and am not comfortable on taller bikes, so I found the perfect bike and it was even on sale!! One of their staff members I believe his name was Adam even offered to deliver it to me, since I was not within biking distance...... most helpful with pricing, questions, and customer service! Thanks guys!

Customer service sucks. My wife and I went in and were there 10 minutes and they did not say ONE word to us. Not a "well be right with you" or a "sorry for the wait." The old guy walked right past her at least 3 times without acknowledging her. To his defense he was helping one customer but she was the only other person in the store. There was at least 2 other people working right there on bikes and they did not say anythign to us also. After we left we went to foothill cyclery and they were helpful.

Andrew was so helpful! He assisted me in choosing the bike, the size and finding my favorite color Orange! I ended up getting a Kona Kahuna - they didnt have it in stock so they special ordered it to me and had it to me as soon as they could. They also offer a free tune-up with the purchase. If you need a nice bike for a good price, this is your place!

Very pleased with my treatment and the price of the bike. Looked on the Internet at some of the direct buy sources which would require my assembling the bike. I feel I save a few bucks at Cambria and everything was ready to go. Sales people are very helpful and do not work on commissions, so its a real team approach.

I found they had a great price on a name brand rack and good deals on accessories. Online store was smooth and the shipping was fast and well packed. Would recommend!

These guys are great. Not always perfect but always go out of their way to help you get what you need. Cheapest prices in town.
