I had a really good experience here. Great one on one customer service. Quality products and they have the very best bikes avilable (specialized, ive ridden them all and specialized is in my opinion the best all mountain ride aka auburn area). They also carry used bikes and all the assesories to make your ride that much better. I am super picky and cheap and they get my $$$ every time, because they really have the best products and knowhow in the area. I visit here about once a month, always a blast when you visit because they always have familys or friends in and we can all shoot the *hit about the trails and rides. Plus they have the new electric specialized turbooooo woooo so much fun.

I was referred by a social media friend of mine to Victory Velo. I traveled 47 miles to get my MTB a TLC that it deserves. Their employees are very welcoming. The area where they build, repair and tune bikes is very clean. That says a lot about the shop and their mechanics. I gave Isaac a laundry list of things my bike needs. Isaac spent time to listen and he took care of it all. When I picked up my bike he gave some of his time to explain a few things he did to my bike. The receipt has all the list of things I asked them to do. WOW!!! Victory Velo is by far the best bike shop I have been to. Go check them out if you love your bike.

They are very helpful they also listen to what you have to say that was a big problem with the other bike shops Ive been at. Ill try to tell them what I think is wrong and then they will just blow it off. Ive taken my bike here once before and they helped me fix the wobble in rear hub of my free agent bmx bike I just recently took my bike there and told him what I thought was wrong And they listened to me I give them a 5 star for sure because they are all very polite and very helpful I definitely recommend them as a first choice to go get your bike worked on

These guys rock. I have purchased 2 bikes and my third bike was used from a third party. They took the bike no questions asked and repaired all the issues, educated me on some of the components and are happy to make it right again. They have my business for life. Dont waste your time or money, stop here first. They are the best value, best service, best knowledge, best of the best in Auburn or anywhere else in the Sacramento area.

I have bought my Specialized Hardrock from this shop in September 2013. Great affordable bike. Shop has great location, was always able find parking, excellent customer service and great Specialized products on the floor. Free tune-ups for bike. I Bought two bikes from this store and found the staff to be very standoffish and unfriendly, also my bike was set up incorrectly. Went on a couple of group rides with the staff and was amazed how unfriendly and elitist this shop is, not waiting or stopping for slower riders. I have been a cyclist for 35 years and do not appreciate shops that promote Elite groups of cyclists who are rude.
