Mitch and his brother, "the owners", were very helpful and informative. Mitch spent a long time on the phone with me looking up their in stock bicycles and giving me prices. His brother helped me go through the bicycles once I arrived. I purchased an Electra Jenny 3i, basket, and basket liner. I priced them prior to my arrival and they had the best deal. They gave me 15% off the bike, 10% off of the accessories, and I received a $25 rebate from Electra. Thanks guys! Todd

These guys are so down to earth and laid back. My first experience was bringing in my 20+ year old beach cruiser for rehab so that I could pass it down to my son. The repair was on-time and on-budget. The selection of beach cruisers is amazing, and I got the bug for an Electra Rat Rod! The bike is cool, very comfortable to ride, and now all of my friends want an Electra. I cant say enough about Trinity. Steve

Came into their shop on a busy Saturday to discuss the option of buying a bike. Had a lot of questions which the shop keeper was more than happy to answer. It was clear to him it was unlikely to buy a bike from him, but he was kind enough to take time out for me. If I didnt live 2 hours from his shop I would have paid more than MSRP for the quality of service. Hats off to these guys and thanks again!

These guys fixed my derailer for free a year after I bought the bike. They have been really helpful on some vintage bikes I am restoring also. They dont have as big a selection as some of the bike shops in SLO but their customer service makes me come back.
