I cannot speak for the other "Bad experiences" had by others, but for my personal experience; the new owners are absolutely some of the nicest bike shop owners I have ever met. I came from a biking town (Portland) and there are some that do it because theyre good at it but they hate the life. Here in Moses Lake, the bike shop is nothing like I have ever experienced. They are knowledgable, dedicated to what they do, they have a love for all things bike and arguably the most important part is that they listen to you. They hear what you have to say and work with you trying to get a feel for why your bike is making that sound or not working right. Absolutely incredible.

I felt like the owner was speaking down to me with my visit there. I received a full tune up. It was lazily done. They didnt even notice that my rim tape was completely cracked. I trusted that they would have notice it. I got a flat tire with the tape being the cause. I later changed it myself. Just feel like I did get screwed over dealing with this guy.
