We, your clients aat the Orange Outlet mall, are concerned about upcoming changes to our janitorial services. We are informed that the Outlets janitorial services provider, Environmental Service Concepts (ESC), recently reduced the frequency of cleaning services performed at the mall. We are further informed that the reduction was made at the request of your office. You are well-aware that the Orange County retail market is highly competitive, and that customer comfort and satisfaction are key to maintaining a successful retail space. We pay a premium to rent space in a neat, clean facility that will attract a steady stream of customers, and in return we expect that, at minimum, the Outlet receive complete janitorial services on no less than a daily basis. Our customers have many choices of where to shop, and facility cleanliness is an important factor in their decision. When they choose to shop somewhere else, we, your clients, are also affected. Furthermore, our janitors, their families and communities are also our customers. When your decision to reduce cleaning hurts their ability to sustain their families, our business suffers, as well. For these reasons, we ask that you instruct ESC to immediately return to its previous cleaning schedule and put our janitors back to work.

The sound system is outdated! No umph! No bass! No mids! Just muddy speakers! Its bad!!!! We went on a Saturday night. It was packed and all the staff were working one snack bar. Lines were backed up. Staff frustrated. Lines became scattered. They ran out of stuff. Who runs out of gourmet popcorn when its advertised on the menu like its available all day? They could have opened up another snack bar but naw. Guess they prefer the chaos. The seating in the theaters are crammed and the rooms are not big at all. They got some serious upgrading to do. Especially when they charge what they do. I got 2 sodas, 1 bucket of popcorn, and 2 pretzels. Came out to $52! Plus the 2 movie tickets $27. Almost $80 for just two of us. Wild!

Huge facility lots and lots of parking although hard to find during the Christmas season . Lots and lots of stores although many of them are not outlets so this is really a misnomer from the original the block at Orange . Movie theater huge. Little alley way has been redone more walkway less ghetto style . There is a wonderful hotdog vendor still there not the original but East LA style hot dogs . Try the pico de gallo hotdog. Many stores have their own restrooms and lots of vigilant security . Not sure if they rent strollers. Very handicapped accessible. Saks Fifth Avenue has its own restroom with a huge handicap toilet with its own faucet very kind very first class of them. During the Christmas season future sales.

Usual outlet experience--extremely crowded, horribly organized stores with styles in odd sizes. Most of the stores here are the sorts of outlet stores in which everything is made for the outlet--i.e. lots of loose fitting clothes that arent ever carried in the main store (not previous season styles or unsold merchandise). Guitar center is pretty cool and not an outlet, but finding parking midday on the weekend is pretty tough. I would avoid Nike like the plague--slightly lower prices than can be found online by the patient shopper but here you get the added benefit of a 40 minute (yes, I typed that correctly) line before paying... Avoid unless youre a serious shopper or enjoy these sorts of experiences.

Very bad service! They make you wait for longer than you are told to wait and when you ask pretty much they answer as if they want you to leave! Cashiers and waiters and waitress are just talking and handing out and do not care about customers waiting! After being seated they take for ever to help you and to serve even longer! !! I noticed many empty tables and chairs in the outside and also inside and they can care less about almost 22 people waiting when there was at least room for over 40 people! Just because my daughter was starving! Or else Carls jr is way a better option! Food wasnt that good either, dry and cold!

Anchoring of big brand label outlet stores such as Nike, American Eagle, Tommy Hilfiger, Nordstrom Rack, etc plus interspersed with regular stores such as H&M and others makes the location a must visit for bargain hunters and budget concious shoppers. It does have a good mix of restaurants as well to cater to everyones palates, from a quick bite to a sit down and order restaurants. Hope they resolve the the parking issue soon and it will made worst due to the fact that there is expansion occurring at the moment which absorbed some of the much needed parking.

Good news! Theyre expanding! There seem to be a fair amount of new shops cropping up in the coming months. As it stands, there are a few worthwhile stores: GameStop, Hot Topic, Spencers, H&M, Old Navy Outlet, and many more. Starbucks, BJs Brewery, Dave & Busters, as well as AMC round out the malls solid offerings. Bad news... Theyre expanding! It is a straight pain in the ba-donk-a-donk to drive around during the weeknights and weekends to go shopping. The kiosk salespeople can be crazy pushy. I dont want you to shine my kicks, bro! Lay off me!

What do you even do here? Sure, theres the AMC and several great shops to peruse around, but this review is for The Outlets as a WHOLE. Its an outdoor mall. It will be an offensive temperature during the day and a disgusting flood when it rains. At night its cute and all, but are you asking to get your purse taken? This place is on the border of Orange and Santa Ana, so dont expect Irvine Spectrum quality outlets. The places here are run down and youre better off driving to other malls, hell even Mainplace is indoor and A/C.

Horrible experience ever!!! I went with my family to walk and shop around for about 4 hours. I have a nice well taken care c1500 1993 lowered truck. To my surprise there was a 4x8 sheet of plywood on top of my truck. My truck was scratched all over the tonneau cover, driver side fender and top of the cab. Construction workers were aground i talked to the supervisor and denied that it was theirs. I call security i was told they their camaras didnt record where i was parked. They ruined my truck and my day. I should sued them.

Came here just for dave and busters. Why is this d&b so much bigger, cleaner and better than the one in Ontario mills. My feet werent sticking to the ground. The tables were clean. The staff was super nice. The games actually worked. And there wasnt some weird smell anywhere. It was a very good experience. My family and I had dinner here and our waitress was amazing. She was fast and made sure to take care of us. Even though the Ontario mills one is closer to me I would much rather drive to this one

I can never find what Im looking for here. I would rather travel an hour to a better outlet. There are a lot of stores, but these outlet stores have poor selections when it comes to clothing. My family and I never come here to shop for clothes and accessories, but will come for Krispy Kremes, Dave and Busters, Sweets from Heaven, and Jamba Juice. We will never return to the AMC theaters here because of the obnoxious teenagers that frequent there. Youll never be able to enjoy your movie, trust me.
