. UNDERGROUND PARKING HORROR STORY. The shops and restaurants are fine but watch out for the parking and there horrible staff. I parked in there underground parking, went and shopped around for a little bit, made a small purchase at one of the stores. I didnt realize I needed to have my parking ticket validated with the purchase. I was asked to pay $6 for the 15 min I was there, which first off is ridiculous compared to what you pay at a meter, I pressed the button for customers service and told the staff I was sorry, my bad, I have a receipt if that helps. They told me to bad and hung up. I thought well this sucks but its fine my mistake Ill just pay the $6 and thats where the real problem started. When I tried to pay with three different cards but the machine wouldnt accept anything. I tried calling the customer service but they would answer only to continually hang up on me. A line started to build up behind me and no one could get out because the machine was busted and the pacific citys employees where refusing to do there jobs. We where there for 15min. I hope who ever that guy was on the other end of the phone gets fired because of tonight. He had one simple job. All he had to do was pick up the phone and just listen, THE THING HE IS PAID TO DO. All in all the experience was awful. Just park on the the street. 01-15-16 5:42 pm

The manager ANTHONY of parking is extremely rude, he has been passive aggressive and emotionally taunting when Ive dealt with him. I had been confused on an employee parking situation and instead of helping me he told me "Your welcome to pay the $35 at the exit" in an extremely rude manner with an evil smirk on his face after I had forgotten to validate my parking upstairs and then on ANOTHER encounter with him, not only had I but multiple other employees been told parking for employees was free on the weekend, I proceeded to park in the employee parking and when asked for my ID card I said I didnt know I needed one since signs were posted saying complementary parking for employees as well as multiple other weekends (which I had experienced) where I was let into parking for free, however when I had told him about these times he decided to smirk, give me dirty looks say "HI IM anOTHONY THE MANGER, THE OWNER, I OWN ALL OF THIS" and then told me to go park on the street. I think it is beyond my understanding of how someone could be so mea and rude because of a misunderstanding, I am highly considering quitting my job due to this mans actions.

Bagni e docce ovunque.

The sheer beauty and piece of calm I had while my family and I found our way through the quaint and the nitch was unlike any other Ive felt in a mall. It could have been because of the hour we were there, which wasnt all that late but it was dark out and in February so I guess everything is a little different during that time. We had found a new burger joint that looks good and has us all a go to stellar reviews. Worth a go of anything and you are looking for a place to stretch the legs and blow some money.

Love the eateries and shopping but come on, post when the parking structure is full instead of trapping unsuspecting drivers in the maze of blocked intersections of the over filled structure. When you have to drive around for over 20 minutes and never find an empty spot, and have to struggle to even get to the exit, it makes for a miserable experience. Summer will be brutal if you do not start posting when the lot is full. This will certainly come into play when deciding if I want to dine or shop with you.

Has potential. Great stores and food. But parking sucks. And by that I mean, they promise free 2 hr parking with validation but my ticket didnt work so I went to the security office for help, they told me I had to pay $14 because I had stayed for over 2 hr when it said right on my card that I had only been there for an hour and a half. They refused to let me leave without paying, so I told them to call someone who actually makes decisions. They didnt. The place definitely has some issues to work out.

Pacific City captures everything that represents the enviable California Lifestyle. It has everything in one spot: A Great View, Great Stores and Diverse Restaurants. Pacific City has Hotels, Residents, ample parking, beautiful landscaping and all the best that embodies "California Dreaming". Great for locals, tourists, and people that need a break from the "cement jungle" and who just want some fresh ocean air and something different than your typical mall.

Its mostly outdoor with a small indoor food court area. Two stories with spectacular views of Huntington beach. Plenty of seating everywhere to relax and sit back. Plenty of great photo spots, and art. The middle area has foosball and ping pong you can rent for free from the management office. Parking: Good luck. Its expensive. We just took the seasonal free shuttle and uber/lyft elsewhere after. There is the pier parking blocks away if anything too.

It’s small and there are still a lot of places that are under construction, but already it’s a fine place to spend the afternoon. Theres underground parking thats 2 hours free with validation, plenty to eat, and plenty to shop. What else could you ask for? Not to mention, it’s so close to the pier and main street thats theres plenty to do. Definitely check out the small food cafeteria and Burnt Crumbs. Definitely the highlight of the food here.

Very disappointing...went for a birthday celebration. Spent $400 on a reserved table to include food, etc. They said kitchen was closed! Upon leaving in the elevator, my friends husband was atracked from behind while exiting and beaten! The security is horrible! WE WONT BE BACK! AND YOU BETTER WATCH YOURS! This place isnt worth it...too many other places to go any not worry about having to protect yourself. I would give no stars if I could.

It is a nice place to go. Parking is only free for two hours with validation from a business there so plan on buying something or eating there. Philz coffee is good, but no cold brew and do not expect a vanilla latte there. Ways & Means Oyster house is good and the BBQ place is good as well. Lots of places to just sit and hang out. A few unique stores but mostly just the same big brands you find everywhere for clothing.

Could potentially be good but I feel the area is too small for what they are trying to achieve. Small amount of stores and many are still closed. Excited to see theyre adding a coffee shop however. Pet friendly which is also nice. No real theme either..just a bunch of stores that dont really blend. Good for a quick stop passing by but Ill still be heading to Fashion Island or South Coast for my shopping.

Discovered this place accidentally when we were driving along PCH on 4th July long weekend. Beach was crazy crowded and we ended up going to the mall. Parking validation for two hours when you purchase food or coffee. Several places to eat. They even have TT tables that you can play for free. Nice seating areas facing ocean. I would go here for hanging out than shopping.
