TERRIBLE customer service, I would give 0 stars if I could. Had to wait 20 mins for an employee to come out from the back and help us, and then had to wait another 15 minutes for them to even find the shoes we picked. They had shoes on display that they didnt even have sizes for! Go to Foot Locker, the employees know how to help people there.

Horrible customer service. Was told they had a shoe over the phone. Got there in 10 mins from my call and i get there and ask for it. They didnt even bother checking and said sold out. Bad attitudes too. Its rediculous. Customer service is everything.
