Helpful employees n very friendly. Wasnt hounded by a bunch of different employees asking if I needed anything... but was asked periodically by one if I needed anything. Didnt try upselling me either... but I usually dont leave there empty handed. Clean store tho. Well organized. Got to the sale late. But still plenty of stuff there in my size so wasnt much of an issue. Overall good experience as always.

Everyone was very helpful, sincere, and smiling! All the employees were knowledgeable about their products and gave great advice on what the shoe should feel like on your foot as well as sizing your feet. If your looking for good quality shoes and need a little help finding the right fit this is the place to go!

A true factory store, this place is hidden among industrial buildings rather than part of any mall or shopping complex. The staff is eager to help. Was pretty busy on a Summer Saturday. Deals better than a Footlocker but not blow you away good.

Great sales and selection. Everything is discounted due to to imperfections that did not pass quality check standards. Shoes I got had a small dot on the "N" brand on side of shoe (hard to find for even the store clerk) that helped me.

I have been going to this outlet for over 10 yrs. They have terrific sales. $89 dollar shoes for $35. Kids shoes as well plus clothing. Super deals and all the odd sizes and widths. Staff is very helpful.
