Im not sure what all the hoopla is about. Sure, they have a lot of shoes, moderately priced (its obviously not Payless), but the experience my wife and I had at this particular location was ridiculous. We were getting ready to see the Phantom of the Opera in LA and decided to get all decked out (I bought a new suit) and she wanted some new shoes. My wife purchased two pairs of shoes, not sure which ones would go with her dress, and decided to take the unused pair back a few days later. When my wife returned the unused pair, the tags were left on the shoes, the box was intact, nothing was out of place, yet the store would not allow her to return the shoes because she lost the receipt. Instead, my wife suggested that she receive a store credit, but the clerk would not allow it. During the altercation, the store clerk was completely rude and obnoxious - its obvious she wasnt trained in CUSTOMER SERVICE. The whole situation was overly ridiculous and we havent shopped at a DSW Shoes since. No thank you! Look, having a great selection of shoes, with wooden floors, etc. isnt the only thing that makes a great business. My wife and I work hard for our money (as do most of us) and we expect great customer service when entering a store like DSW Shoes, but it simply wasnt happening. DSW Shoes lost a great regular customer all because of a pair of shoes that couldnt be returned. I hope theyre happy. :-)

After that bad review above I had to chime in. My experience with several different dsw stores have been great. Im wearing the most comfortable boots ever. And the employees were very attentive and compliment me on my choices in shoes. I recommend this place to everyone who is looking to step up there shoe game. 4 stars because no in store kids shoes. Have to order online but how do we know they fit? Its can be inconvenient.

The best DSW location around! More colors and styles than other DSWs, however, they never have enough size 11!! The staff are very friendly and frequently remember me, which is a little embarrassing, but good customer service nonetheless.

Good selection of shoes of all kinds here. Best deals are in the back in their clearance area. Great place to look if you need some inexpensive but nice dress shoes.

Great shoe selection in store or online. The usually have a good discount section in the back of the room. Prices are competitive compared to Macys or Nordstrom.
