This is the SCUMMIEST SCAM STORE ON EARTH. I have bought two phones from this place. The first, the guy lied to me about the cost. He literally wrote down the cost of changing a plan on a piece of paper and when I got home he billed me something else. The second time it took them TWO HOURS to give me a phone when I was the only one in the store. First they said the deal that I had on the computer was wrong, and I could only get it if I bought three accessories. I verified with Verizon over the phone THAT WAS A LIE. Then I get home and they have added redux at $30 a month and VIP Protection at $10 a month. Which I heard them discussing they need to get their numbers higher on while I was in the store. I ALREADY HAVE INSURANCE. They never mentioned this to me at all. ONLY GO TO THIS STORE IF YOU WANT TO WASTE TIME AND MONEY FIXING WHAT THEY SCAM YOU ON.

This Verizon has been around for a while. I first noticed them after buying a ham next door. While I waited, I stroll over and check out the place. From the outside, it looks like a authorized dealer not the actual Verizon owned store. For whatever the reason, I had time to kill before picking up spiral ham. The employees are mindful helping in anyway they can with pressure to purchase. Find them at a down time and youll be alright. They carry so stuff that I dont see at Verizon owned retail shop.

THIS IS NOT A LEGITIMATE VERIZON STORE. IT IS A THIRD-PARTY SELLER SUCH AS BEST BUY. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO EXCHANGE YOUR PHONE FOR A DIFFERENT ONE AT A LEGITIMATE VERIZON STORE. EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE.
