Not sure about the dec 09 post below, but nothing could be further from the truth. The folks at this napa know their stuff! I came in looking for a fuel pump for my 56 chrysler 300, and while they didnt carry the one I wanted, randy (assistant manager) was able to modify one for a 40s (I think) dodge in a matter of minutes, and it worked perfectly. Their prices might be a little higher, and they may not always have exactly what youre looking for, but their warehouse is close by and can have your parts that day if you need them. Their store is clean and well kept. I would say that the only negative thing I see when I shop there is being interrupted by their phones in the middle of customers transactions. They need a phone service!!

Not sure about that Dec 7, 2009 post, I have been dealing with this store for years. The crew works hard to get things right, nobody is perfect. I always look at how a company handles things when there is a problem and I can tell you that, Randy, Kim, Laurie and the whole crew are great people that know the parts business. The management is top notch and if I was in a foxhole there is no one I would rather have beside me other than Randy. Thanks for the great job you guys do!

This place is horrible after they moved locations. Ive had several issues with this place, most recently I was put on hold for 15 min then I was asked what I wanted agin. When I asked to speak with the manager he was unapologetic and acted as if I was bothering him. I will be taking my business elsewhere. 02/12/2017

A tad pricier than Orileys and Auto Zone. All of the above mentioned Arturo parts stores have good customer service. They need to help the customer in front of them first and make the customer on the phone hold. I go where the availability is, the best price is a factor as well.

Napa auto parts is the most frustrating auto parts store there is. Who the heck in this time and age closes so early? Extend your hours. Get with the times! This is absolutely ridiculous!

Gave me wrong spark plug for small engine, similar but longer electrode. Caused internal damage. Always do your own research NEVER TRUST COUNTER CLERK!!!!!
