Bought a battery thinking I need it, but it turns out I just needed to charge my old battery. I didnt even install the battery I bought here, when I went to return it they gave me a hard time, the order taker unsealed the battery cap and said I used it and would not refund me my money back. He told me to cone back and talk to the store mngr. I took it to another store and they refund me my money. If I had to rate this place itll be a -5 bad service. If you need parts for your car go to the location on ANTELOPE RD they are smarter reps. WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION...

By far most horrible customer service ever, people that help you dont know how to use the system had to call and find the Part number myself in the store, and they leave for 5-10 min just to ask someone how to use the system or if they have the part that Mexican manager sucks at her job. Waited for 20 + min still was waiting for her so just left to oreillys which they helped me in 5 min. Save time and get great customer service with professional knowledge at oreillys

These guys are AMAIZING!!!!y car wouldnt start and my best guess was the battery. The gentlemen behind the counter followed me to my car to test the bettery before I spent the $200 on a new one. Turned out to be my batery, he then went back with me and installed the battery for me! So greatful! A+++

I likes there because open til this late, 11pm but some workers not know their stuff. I usually go the one on Auburn, all of the workers know their stuff! Even to went out of store to check my car and give me advices etc. My car wouldnt pass smog if not for them!

Slowest service ever. One employee kept having to call manger over to put his password in each time he did a search for parts. No one working the register had to stand in the line for parts service, when all I needed was a quart of brake fluid.
