Terrible customer service. The man working the day shift on Thursdays was very rude and ever stole a dollar from me! They also sell electronics that dont work. I will say he did replace it sadly he couldnt get that one to work properly either. He then proceeded to tell me what do I expect for $15., I had to correct him because he had charged me$30! Watch out! If they can sell you something that doesnt work and charge you double they will.

Worst place to buy Hookah Pipes, bought the pipe after first use it cracked not from dropping it but while using it so I go back very next day and explained what happened and reply from the RUDE BALD MAN in the morning was well too bad and told me to get the F*&^ out so much for the customer service. I will not come to this shop again.
