They have horrible customer service Ive been going there for 7 years now I live right down the street and since I started smoking e-cigs I became an everyday regular customer and Ive spent a lot of money there. I used to shop there almost daily I wont step foot in that place now! I was treated horribly by one of the employees the girl with green hair on more than one occasion the first two I overlooked. Anyways the first time I bought some coils I told her I needed a certain size even asked her to make sure that they were the size that I had asked for and they would fit my ecig she said yes they would ( the size was not displayed on the package) I got home and when the first one didnt work I opend the second one thinking it was just the first one that was messed up somehow and the second one didnt work so I went back to return them I could only return the three that were unopened although it was her $12 mistake on my budget they were 5.99 each I overlooked it and said that that was fine I understood. the second time I went in there with my mom and my fiance to buy e-juice I had been in there already once earlier that day and bought something from her and I didnt have my ID that was fine my mom could buy the stuff for me but no she told me I had to leave the store and couldnt be in there without my ID I said okay but I just bought something in here earlier & I come in here all the time dont you remember me I dont need to buy anything she told me I needed to leave right now and I could come back when I had my ID on me this struck me as very rude but whatever third time was the last straw I had gotten a $37 scale from them a few days earlier and when I went to use it for the first time it needed to be calibrated and it was not working right so I walked over to the smoke shop and told her I had purchased a scale from them a few days ago and I think it needs to be calibrated I asked if she could do that for me she said you need to leave, you need to leave right now right now! you cannot be in here with that! I was so shocked and offended bye how rude she was she didnt have to come at me like that I hadnt even pulled it out of my purse yet she had never even seen the thing, I said thats fine I dont need you to fix it for me can I just buy these E-juices ? she said you need to leave right now and dont come back until you put the scale in your car. I almost told her I dont even have it on me but my feelings were very hurt and I was shocked that she just treated me like that so I just left. There was no reason at all for her to treat me like that Im not one to judge but Im not a f****** drug user I dont smoke pot & I bought the scale to count out rhinestones and beads that I sell on eBay my mom was mortified by the way she treated me & I could tell by the look on her co-workers faces that they were too anyways I took the scale to another smoke shop come to find out theres something wrong with it its defective I had to buy a new one and I guess Im just burnt on $37 or so dollars I just cant believe that they would treat someone who comes there as often and spend as much money as I do there with so much disrespect for no reason at all I will never go into that store again they do not care at all about their customers

i agree with the other reviewers that the guy must be a lecherous pimp based on the girls he hires- they show lots of skin but less knowledge .however they are very friendly and helpful, i will say. each girl is very sweet in her own way, but there is a little girl with freckles who is sweet beyond words...... the selection is pretty awesome- you have to be willing to pay LA boutique/brand-name prices, but the glass work is good.. be careful with the diffusers though as they break really easy and then the whole $300 - $900 piece is shot. they do have cheaper stuff. im nobody special and ive gotten a discount every time ive gone in. the owner acts like its a war-party if you try and return anything (is this guy even native american?) basically we all want the medical marijuana industry to be happy and wonderful, but the fact is that it is very much a business and any humanity we see is what we bring to the table. when that humanity is reciprocated we can experience peace and love. from anyone, anywhere. peace and love. ive even felt it at peace pipe once, just never from the owner.

They sell the cheap junk that doesnt work proper. Spent a long time talking to the dumb girl running the store only to be sold a nector collector that does not work it cant hold water past the holes so you dont get the cooling action ...I was super clear i wanted this...since i was gifted one that is not water cooled and was upgrading.. only to be screwed out of my money for something that wasnt even made right!!!!

Great place! The staff is very knowledgeable and experienced with every item they have; they are SUPER nice and respectful to the customer. Great product selection, great prices, superior quality!

The employees are always polite and helpful. Prices are decent and they have a little bit of everything. One of my go to places for kratom and smoking/vaping accessories.

I think the girls there are an added bonus, everyone was worth the time and effort they put into their job ; ) PLUS who doesnt like to buy sick peace pipes?!
