Stumbled upon this shop going through the area and decided to stop in. Shop is laid out sort of in 3 sections: traditional tobacco pipes, cigars, and glass pipes/bongs. If youre looking for tobacco leaves or cigars, they have a fairly decent selection. Accessories-wise they are a little thin for me (in terms of cigar humidors, ash trays, lighters, cutters). Would say the shops primary focus is pipe smokers and I was looking more for cigar stuff but thats not a knock against the store. Staff was friendly and professional, place was clean and well-maintained, and my purchases were carefully packed. I would visit again next time Im in the area.

July 27, 2016 The store is beautiful, with many varieties of Cigars and pipes that we drove for 500 miles to come and see, so we walked in planning on spending a few hundred dollars BUT we found the service attendant to be rude, arrogant, condescending to both me and my wifes questions. He was very dismissive and when questioned if there was a problem, and why he was being so sarcstic with his replies and if this was his attempt at humour, we were asked to leave, despite having already chosen items to purchase sitting at the cash. All in all, if you know what you want to buy and do not need to ask advice, this is your store.

This smoke shop has a great set-up for their merchandise but they have very poor customer service in my opinion. I went into this shop and while looking at their glass I did not get help for over 5 minutes after I went up to ask for assistance. After I asked a couple questions I wanted to look at a couple items to, to compare and wihin a few seconds chose my item and informed I would like to purchase. I waited over 15 minutes for the cashier to come wrap my item for me. I decided to go to The Gathering where I was imediatly helped with full attention. Customer service goes a long way.

Originally, a small, personable tobacconist featuring pipes, tobacco, cigars and glassware for other smoking. Over half the shop is dedicated to headhshop-style wares which is disappointing. Now they just dont care. Twice in a weeks time they didnt open posted hours. If they dont care about customers, why should you patronize them? Try the less expensive internet instead and let this place die the death it seems to be inviting by closing for good in October of 2017. Come to think of it, with their anti-customer attitude, who will notice when theyre really gone?

Ill admit the prices are good and the selection is very nice but the staff was very rude. I went here twice and the clerk hardly even looked at me and acted like I wasnt there. He was far more interested in his phone than he was with answering my questions and showing me their product. I would consider going here if i knew exactly what i wanted and was making a quick trip but then again i do not want to reward bad service.

This place has a wide selection of pipes, glassware, and cigar stuff. We were actually at a different glassware store and they referred us to the Senate after we couldnt find exactly what we were looking for. They arent overly patronizing, which might seem pretentious to some, but I appreciated it. A cool little spot that would be amazing with a little more square footage.

This is the best smoke shop I have been to. It has the best selection of cigars ( hundreds readily available), a great selection of pipe tabacco and the beat pipe collection I have ever seen in a store. My favorite shop in the whole Bellingham area by far. On a side note, for pipe tabacco try the muddy waters, or a blend of whatcom and skagit delight. You cant beat it!

While they may be educated on tobacco, do not let that fool you about their staffs knowledge of glassware. They will sell you products that have major issues and not even know about the issues even after you come back expressing obvious concern. And do not expect any form of customer service unless you plan to buy something else.

I am writing this review as a catagorical non-smoker however, I do purchase cigars several times each year. I have found the staff to be quite friendly and knowledgeable of their products. I am a huge fan of the discount humadors in the back. Excellent way to try something new without breaking the bank.

Great selection of cigars and pipe tobacco as well as other interesting items like badger brushed for shaving. They have the best selection I have seen in Washington so far but get 3 stars for customer service. The clerk was snobbish and could have easily been more helpful.

Wonderful old town feeling, god selection of cigars and pipe tobacco. There is a boardwalk within walking distance that is great to watch a sunset on while smoking. Highly recommend a visit here to look at the quality products.

Best customer service and the best smoking products in the region. They once held the store open for me when I was running late, driving up from Olympia. Love this place. Georgias Blend is my all-time favorite.
