The ONLY reason these guys get 2 stars is because they were a borderline decent tobacco shop. I started going here after the tobacco shop further down 99 closed a few months back. Their prices are average, selection below average, and customer service...meh, depends on who you get. So, as a tobacco shop, its okay, but far from great. On the other hand, I recently switched to vaping. I went here because it was closest to my house and my girlfriend had been getting her coils here. The usual guy that helped us always seemed fairly knowledgeable, so I was hoping he would be there to help me. Unfortunately he wasnt and I was stuck with some young guy that didnt know much and obviously wasnt interested in selling us a vaporizer. He gave short one word answers, didnt provide details and rarely made eye contact. When I asked to see the different colors and types of batteries they had, he pulls out a plastic drawer and sets it on the counter. Its full of batteries of all shapes and sizes and many of them were CLEARLY used (dented, scratched, faded, dirty). Should have been my red flag there. Should have just walked out the door... So I see a box with a vaporizer that looks EXACTLY like my friends that I had tried out the weekend before. I knew it was what I wanted so I asked to look at it. It was priced at $99.99. He took it out, but didnt explain much other than the fact that they didnt sell the type of coils that it came with. By this point I didnt care, because I knew I wouldnt be making this my primary vape shop. I bought the thing, took it home and used it for a week. Nothing but issues. It leaked constantly, it burned my throat all the time, the coil got crazy hot. The first good decision I made was going to a different shop, a real vape shop, and had them troubleshoot with me. Through this process these are the things I learned... 1: The vaporizer that I purchased for 99.99 was an older model. The newer models MSRP is 64.99 and the shop I was at was selling it for 54.99...Soooo, I got shafted. 2: My girlfriend bought one of the shiny new ones at this other store for the lovely price of 54.99, probably just to rub it in. Well the box hers came in was wrapped in cellophane. The one I had purchased at All Stop was NOT wrapped in cellophane....probably used, think i got shafted again. 3: The new one my gf purchased for 54.99 and was wrapped in cellophane came with TWO COILS...the one I purchased for 99.99 and was not wrapped in cellophane did NOT come with two coils...definitely shafted 4: The "High quality" liquid i had purchased for 15.99 was actually worth about 10.99 and was NOT high quality (which, come to find out, is why it burned my throat so much.)...double shafted In a nutshell, this place ripped me off more than I think I have ever been ripped off. Fool me once, shame on you...and thats why you wont be fooling me twice.

I go to this store with my husband all the time for tobacco products. I saw they sold vape juice and decided to get my juice from here instead of my normal store because they happen to be closer. They wont let you touch the bottles and put them in a bag at the register. I didnt think anything of it until I got home where I pulled the two $50 total bottles out and realized they both had been opened previously. They both did not come with plastic around the top to let you know its sealed and they were both missing juice as the liquid was down below the label which is not normal at all. All sales are final so I couldnt even exchange it for a new bottle. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

Called in 3 times in one day to check to see if the store had the Kangertech Aero Tank V2. The fist time the man (I never got his name) hung up on me as soon as I said Kanger Aero Tank V2, The second time I called he said I dont have time for this and hung up. I waited 2 hours and called back this time, I told the man I am calling to see if you have an item in stock. He said ok waht? And again as soon as I said Kanger he hung up on me one final time. I have never been to this location but thanks to this dudes attituted ( I have called the other location and several other stores and all check the stock for me happily) I will likely never go in.

Tried to rip us off by renegging on an agreed price for a pipe $20. Tried to sell me a vape pen for $37 when you can get them for $10 (the batteries that screw into the cartridge). Very short on the phone (rude). Ive been here 3 times and only because another smoke shop was closed. Drive to another smoke shop--youll be happy you did. Im only referring people I dont like here, just so they can be as unpleasant to the staff as the staff was (on all 4 ocasions) to me.

Not much I can say that everyone else hasnt already. Bought a battery for 50.00 for an e cig. It stopped working in less than a week. They told me no returns. No exchanges. Then I stop there in the morning as they are the only shop open. Suppose to open at 7am. 730am rolls around and the guy still hasnt shown up to open the door. Place is a joke.

They wont sell me smoked and I been there a lot of times but some one who works there wont let me buy smokes and I was going to buy some today and the person said sorry and I wont go there ever again. I can buy smokes some were else and I wont go in there any more. I can go to other smokes shop and they will sell me smokes

If I could rate 0 I would, I called in to ask if they had a certain product line there and the man that answered the phone said no they had a different brand and as I was about to inquire further the person literally hung up on me mid sentence. Thanks but no thanks I definitely will not be going there.

A neighborhood joint. Where people know your name... I stop by for e-cig products and did not feel need to go anywhere else since they opened. Since then, the other smoke shop, on 99 went out of business. I dont believe in coincidences but I believe in honest customer appreciation.
