The young blonde lady I dealt with was VERY rude and knew nothing of tobacco. The shop uses TWO scales for pipe tobacco - one for the customer and the one at the counter- which is 25% heavier! I turned in a complaint to Wisconsin Weights and Measures. Retail is hard, let alone tobacco sales. Practices and people like this simply hand money to online businesses. I enjoy my pipes, and buying pipe tobacco is part of the experience. Figure it out, folks - this is luxury entertainment sales! It is a want, not a need, and customers have alternatives, all of which are cheaper and friendlier.

I am the current manager for this location and have been for the last three years, and in response to an earlier complaint about our scales for weighing tobacco, the Department of Weights and Measures for the State of Wisconsin found no problem with both of the scales in our establishment. I would hope in the future, issues in the store would be brought to my attention instead overreacting.

Not a very good variety, especially for being a tobacco shop. There was maybe 10 different tobaccos to pick from. The rest was boxes, cigar tobacco, lighters, accessories, pipes etc. I went there looking for natural additive free tobacco and the only tiny that had was a tiny tin of american spirit for $30. They just dont have a good variety in general. Really disappointed.

Nice prices, nice people. Get the coupons. I buy Drum and Bali in the can, also use an e-cig, the coupons really will save you money.

They sold me three pipes and they all burned through. Pipes are supposed to last more than a week. Not stopping there again. Done.

Very helpful staff and great options. On a side note for you vapers, their cinnamon roll vape is perfect with a strong IPA beer.
