This place is simply amazing. It reminds me of the Anaheim Packing District down in SoCal. But, my girlfriend and I have been here twice. Once last year for my moms birthday, where we enjoyed an Asian-American Fusion cuisine at Kitchen Door. I remember taking a bite of my girlfriends banh mi (vietnamese sandwich) and it was fabulous. The only con about it was the bread from what I remember. Anyway, we recently came back and went to Hog Island instead. Were a little bit crazy when it comes to oysters. We shared the chowder, grilled cheese (recommended because of the cheese, of course) and 24 oysters. Our first round of oysters, we made sure to get a variety so we could try all, but picked our top choice and got another 12...Typically, dont recommend eating that many in one seating, but it was our weekend getaway. So, give us a break.

The atmosphere was so friendly, so small town, and all the kiosks offered unique and handmade or homegrown items. They were local items that you could not find elsewhere and the place was extremely crowded with parking that was hard to find. There were so many people that came to this area that they even have bike rentals to see the surrounding area which included a river and the historic area. If you do not wish to take a bike you could have hopped on a bus for a tour. The food options were numerous and absolutely delicious where we ate. The prices ranged from inexpensive two moderately expensive and all ranges of Ages would enjoy visiting here. I highly recommend stopping by here if youre in the area.

Went on a Sunday around noon to kill time before a late lunch reservation. We had great Italian cream puffs, but we failed to see anything else that interesting for snacking purposes. I did notice the butcher carried bone marrow, already cut in half lengthwise so one could roast at home. Seemed like a good specialty butcher shop. The atmosphere reminded me of Chelsea market in NYC but smaller and relatively more disappointing in goods when compared to the Ferry building in SF. So good to check out if its along the way, but not destination worthy. It is probably worthwhile if you are also getting a meal there or near the adjacent stores, such as Model Bakery.

In my opinion, this is one of the must-visit places in Napa. I stop here every time I come into town and bring all of my guests here when we detour through the area. This market has a great collection of tiny shops and wonderful restaurants. If youre just taking a stroll through, you wont necessarily need more than 30 minutes here, but if youre the kind of person who likes to look through well-curated stores and browse local goodies, you could easily be here for two hours. Oxbow Market is a short walk from the downtown part of Napa, right across the river. Perfect for part of your foot tour of this beautiful town.

Nice hippy place for the health fanatic! This is an indoor type market/eatery. It may be difficult to find seating on the weekend, but theres ample parking (two parking lots). People here are genuinely friendly but most of the eatery expect a long line. You really cant go wrong with the open market eatery (I would stay away from the formal dining restaurant); if you have limited appetite, check out Dot Ranch (beef lover) and C Casa.. as a potato chip lover, C Casaa white truffle chips are THE best; and if youre looking for some gluten free bread, C Casas got them!

The kind of fake, overcrowded, and over expensive indoor market. They pretend to be a kind of village/farmers market but its just a collection of expensive shops. Here an example: do you wanna a coffee? wait 15 minutes in a line just to pay, then move a couple of feet and wait 10 minutes in different line to get your coffee, sip you coffee while standing in the crowd (no enough tables and chairs). When you are done you will need 5 more minutes in a new line just to return the cup.

Oxbow Market was cool and something different to do. It has a collection of local Napa vendors mainly offering gourmet foods and a few restaurants. Its a good place to stop in and get food souvenirs. My favorite stop was the cupcake shop, but unfortunately I dont remember the name of it. It had a bunch of unique flavors including a seasonal Baileys chocolate cupcake.

If youre looking for something delicious to eat or drink then you may find it here. Looking around the Oxbow Public Market may require an hour or two if you stop to eat. Try something from each restaurant and you might be there all day! Gift wise youll find the Oxbow Public Market has nearly the same items at the wine shops. There are unique items here, but few.

The public market contains gourmet specialty shops, a cupcake bakery, grocer, coffee bar, and a few restaurants. The materials presented are all of excellent quality. The restaurants provide a range of cuisines. The public market is centered in one building, with other outlying shops. You can eat there or buy materials for a great picnic or cooking at home.

This is a great one stop market for everyone. From the juice bar to the oyster bar to the wine and cheese bar. C casa is a wonderful, Zagat rated, Mexican food spot that I love for breakfast. There is a specialty coffee and tea vendor, ice cream and many little shops. You cant go wrong. When I come to Napa I stay at the River Terrace Inn and I walk here.

I love Oxbow Market. Im pretty sure itll be a pit stop whenever Im able to come back up to Napa. There are so many choices for food! Theres also a little market with fresh produce and snacks. Ritual Coffee is located here as is Three Twins Ice Cream! There are three separate buildings, so consulting the map to see where the restaurant is located is a good idea.

Busy spot with several dining and specialty grocery options. Nice location with adjacent parking. My family can recommend the interesting tacos at C Casa such as lamb and buffalo and great service and selection at Whole Spice. Would have tried ice cream at Three Twins, but line too long. Our next visit to Napa will include this new favorite.

Tolle Markhalle mit vielen lokalen, "organic" Produkten, hervorragender OverTheCounterCafebar und ansprechender Atmosphäre. Touristisch zwar, aber mit Stil.

Very Cool Place. The crowds (which tells you about its popularity) are teh only blemish. However your in Napa so everyone is mellow and cool. Your going to find alot of good options in here if your looking for something comfortable but a bit artisanal. The location is just the other side of the river but its local and fun.

Wish I had found this place before I had dinner downtown. I thought it was a grocery store, what a surprise to find all the lovely restaurants. Definately planning a couple meals here next time I visit. I had an espresso from the coffee shop, definately have some coffee while you are there. Lots of gluten free options!!!
